Very friendly staff. The room was simple, but clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Ample free parking space.

Maybe better hotel regulations regarding smoking weed? I mean I understand medical marijuana is legal, but there has to be hotel rules about respecting the right of the person who needs it for medical purposes, and the rights of those who want to sleep without having to contend with the smell of weed coming out from the room across or next to them.

Room was very quiet until the lacrosse team showed up (see below) Staff were very friendly. There was a gentleman working the front desk who had only been there a couple of weeks, and he was doing very good and maintained his friendly demeanor the whole time. We hope he does well! Easy location to get to. Great base of operations for our various travels whilst we were there.

The girls lacrosse team from Daemen University running up and down the hall at 3:30am Sunday morning (4/27) was not helpful.

Variety of breakfast items was good. Staff kept foods and supplies well stocked and clean appearance. Rooms were kept very clean. Adequate parking. Appreciated having coffee/tea/water available at front desk at all times.

I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable, sagged on side closest to the bedside table. I was disappointed to find that the pool is no longer in operation but gym was well stocked.

The staff is exceptional. Upon arrival at my room, housekeeping saw me struggling to open my door with the programed key and came quickly to help me in. This same person complimented my outfit when we rode in the elevator together that night. "Oh, I love your dress, and the shoes look great with it. You really look good." The next morning she said, "Hi. You did it again. That top is so pretty, and I love the color on you." At breakfast, when the hostess was putting out fresh breakfast sandwiches, she asked me if I would like one from her platter before she put them in the serving dish.

The room's windows faced the underground garage, so the curtains needed to be drawn making it dark in the room. The lighting should be brighter so that putting on make-up and styling hair is easier to see.

The lobby staff were very kind and accomodating.

I was there for 3 days, left multiple times, and when I came back nothing had been done to the room: No trash thrown out, no dirty , wet towels taken from the room and replaced, and when the toilet paper ran out I had to go down to the lobby to get more. And to top that off, when I went into take a shower there was only this thin cotton sheet which held back the water. Sadly, it got all over the floor. No, I doubt I'll be going back there, but never say never, hopefully, they'll fix all the above.

The staff are amazing. They were always welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clearly renovated from an older style, but tastefully so. The room felt fresh and bright. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices,some of which changed daily. Bus service right outside if you need it and 5 min walk to a substantial supermarket and a Starbucks at the Sheraton, ( if you have to have one). Opposite direction a quick bus ride or Uber to Tarrytown, (closer that White Plains as it turned out), a stunning little town with lots of eateries, some bespoke shops and nive riverside park walk.

Would be great if the room refresh was daily, including rubbish collection and if all items that needed to be refreshed were relaced, instead of some items being missing....

We asked for more lamps and brighter light bulbs and they sent a technicion right up and brought us what we needed. We had a sluggish drain, and again, they rectified that right away. What ever we asked for they provided in a timely and very pleasant manner. The free breakfast was extensive and tasty, with helpful staff in attendance

The King size bed was very close to the closet and you had to walk sideways to get around the bed on that side

Very spacious rooms. Nice that the bathroom and sink are separated. Our room had high ceilings and a nice kitchenette + 2 TVs. Shower was good. Room was quiet. There's a large shopping area nearby for those who want to pick up their own meals and provisions. Beds were comfortable.

The big problem was the blackout curtains, or lack thereof. The curtains in the room really didn't keep much light out, making it hard to sleep. Also, one of the beds is pushed up against the HVAC unit, so that it blows right on the bed. Could be uncomfortable for some folks. The breakfast area looked very nice, though we didn't have breakfast there.

Staff exceptionally capable and helped me adjust a reservation error after an exhausting day of traveling, and continued to be friendly and competent Suite was comfortable and surprisingly large. I stayed three nights and felt comfortable. Requests were accommodated quickly (All this was a good contrast to the hotel I stayed the night before in Albany!) There was a nice wooded view from my lower suite--the hotel is built into a hill so two floors are below the lobby.)

Bathroom sink drain didn't work but was fixed quickly

Clean and comfortable. Staff was great and breakfast was excellent! Spinach quiche was one of the best things I’ve had at a hotel breakfast!

While parking lot was well lit, the entrance was very hard to see and could use some extra lighting. There was a pool listed in the facilities, and it has not been open for a year and a half. That should definitely be changed as that was one of the reasons, I picked the hotel, very disappointed.
