No complaints. I was delighted with the hotel. I had to check out two days earlier because I had a fall and needed to go back home ( Scotland ). Was fortunate to get a flight on the 13th so, using tge room phone, I called down to the desk at about 11:00 the morning of the 13th and informed the representative I needed to check out. Her reply was, “OK, NO PROBLEM, JUST DROP THE TWO KEYS WHEN YOU LEAVE”. I did so at 11:45 when I left. I did phone the hotel later and was told I would only be charged for the five days and credited for additional days if I was charged. No problem at the hotel. Loved it ! The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were extremely clean and had nice soap available. I liked that there were washcloths for morning & night for our stay and enough towels for once in a hotel. The breakfast was nice, and they had waffles with sugar-free syrup available. Yogurt, eggs, bacon, cereal, and other options were good, too. It was nice to be able to find it right off the road.

The pillows are very small. The coffee does not taste good, but they have tea available with honey. The pool doesn't open until 2pm?

Very convenient location to our various activities. Facility was generally clean and well-kept with adequate/well-lit parking and lots of amenities, but our plans didn't include taking advantage of those amenities. Except the fitness center which was perfectly adequate and well-maintained.

We had a reservation for four but only received three sets of towels. We asked for additional pillows twice during our stay but (once late at night and once during the day) but the front desk staff never had access to extra pillows ... if they were available. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and plentiful but with no variation from day-to-day. If there was a TV guide to the stations, either printed or on the TV, we never found it.

Check in went smooth and quick. The room was clean, breakfast outstanding! Nice smoke free environment. Central air and heat!! Huge King Size Bed suited for Royalty!

We requested a room with a bathtub and got one, however our room was next to disturbing loud neighbors, who were partying until 5 AM.They were screaming, loud and it was hard to sleep. The hotel needs to do a better job at curbing guest who are loud and disturbing other guest.We enjoyed the King size bed so much, we overlooked the noisy neighbors. Great Stay despite noisy neighbors.

I was given a very pleasant room with a King size bed. There was a sofa and work area. The shower room was very clean and in good condition. It was very comfortable, suiting my needs for one night.

I find breakfast in all this type of hotel rather disappointing. I appreciate that more often than not it is included in the overall price, but the options are not great. I am also amazed at how much plastic is used. Each individual plastic knife, fork or spoon is individually wrapped in, yes, plastic. I understand the concern about hygiene but these hotels need to start looking at other materials, such as bamboo. Apple wrapped in plastic, it's not necessary.

I love everything. Every time I come I have a great time. I am super comfortable. I never have time to go to Nicole but that’s OK. I enjoy the breakfast is actually gotten better.

There’s a specific female staff that I believe works in the morning times and she’s just always nasty. Her attitude really sucks. She sounds kind of young over the phone and she just goes about the phone call like she hates her job. Every single person that I have encountered at the hotel has been so sweet, polite, and welcoming. I have yet to see that person in person and I did ask about her but honestly I don’t remember her name. I do know that she’s been there for some years now. But she also sounds very young, but she gets on the phone and asked so lackadaisical like you’re ruining her day while she’s answering the phone.

The hotel was conveniently located for visiting our friends. There are plenty of restaurants and amenities within easy driving distance. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our bathroom was tiny. The fitness center has some outdated and broken equipment. Our arrival was a little confusing because our GPS took us to the back of the hotel through an industrial area. You can’t access the front of the hotel from this back parking lot.

Nice location, not far from Sleepy Hollow and pretty close to stores and restaurants. Rooms were nice and clean, staff was friendly and check in and check out was a breeze. Breakfast was decent, eggs could use a little more flavor but other than that it was good. My only complaint was they forgot to bring me my crib. Will definitely stay here again

Very clean & modern. Had to wait awhile to check in, despite doing it online, but lady was super nice. Missed breakfast cause of early flight but gentleman at checkout was nice enough to give us a couple of bagels. We tried to rebook for return flight but full!

Long walk to room with bags. Set up kind of confusing, but asked a worker & he was really nice & helped us. Wish they had asked us where we parked & that we could have moved our car to the back & be very close to our room.

The hotel is quiet, the location is easy to reach, and the services are close. This is all I need. The staff is wonderful. I thank once again the receptionist who upgraded my room for me (Pauline) and her colleague (Larista). She also upgraded my room for them. Many thanks, and also to the others whose names I don’t remember, and also the air conditioning maintenance engineers whose names I don’t know. (The two brothers) are very helpful and respectful. Everyone who works in the hotel tries to provide you with their services...so thank you to them.👍👍👍💐💐

On the contrary, and it is not a compliment, everything is wonderful...but I would suggest that they take advantage of the outdoor spaces and have outdoor seating, placing an outdoor coffee shop, and creating a waterfall here. It will be a much better outlet for the guest to sit outside than to stand at the entrance of the hotel and smoke a cigarette or exchange conversations with... My friend...this idea will add a lot to the hotel. Thank you..👍💐
