The room was a great size and TV's were big and easy to see. The bathrooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. We had a room with a kitchen and took advantage of the microwave, frig, dishes and ice maker. Temperature control in the room was great. Security was good - hotel seemed safe and all entrances needed a scan key card to enter. Small food area for purchase seemed well stocked. Pool was nice and exercise room was good.

I feel the hours for the breakfast need to be extended. 7a- 10a everyday with extension to 11a on Sundays. Waffle maker only made an appearance on Sunday- it should be available at least every other day. Some extra pillows and blankets in the closets would be nice. One of the elevators was broken and from what we were told by other guests had been down for quite a while.

The King Studio Room was plenty of space and felt like an apartment rather than a hotel room. Everything was clean and organized and I enjoyed using the fitness center and hotel bar / breakfast area.

My work computer had difficulty connecting to the Free Wifi, but that could be a personal issue with my company's IT security. The King Bed sheets were soft and kept me warm, but it would be nice to have a duvet with more volume in the winter months.

The property was well maintained and clean to be pet friendly. Guests were respectful with cleaning up after their dogs. It was peaceful.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. So I had to deal with the noise of the alarm and being outside until the fire department turned the alarms off. I also didn’t like people smoking cigarettes right by the pool area.

I visit this facility at least once a month and the experience is always good. This time it was remarkable. The room was spotless, food was great, and the staff was wonderful. A special thank you to Roland at the front desk. He is always so kind and welcoming when you arrive or depart. It really matters when you are travelling from far away places to be greeted by someone like him.

The room had a full kitchen, which I did not expect. They made omelets to order, which I found to be exceptional. In many ways, it was the best hotel I have ever seen. The staff was friendly, helpful, and thoughtful.

The TV was very slow to respond to remote commands. I would have liked an easy-to-listen-to music channel. They had seasoning instead of pepper at breakfast, and the toaster didn't toast well.

Clean, spacious and helpful staff. The morning breakfast was filling. Staff was helpful to answer questions about allergies. I’m glad the windows in our room opened.

Our room was very hot( 77 degrees). I’m sure the staff could have helped if I notified them. But I just couldn’t get the room cooler, even with the thermostat set at 65. Overall, no big deal since I could open the window.

Lots of outside options in good weather. Accessible to our planned activities.

Breakfast was subpar. Scrambled eggs cold, waffles soggy and ran out of oatmeal at 9:30 on weekend hours. Coffee was good. Limited seating and tables not cleaned between seatings Sliding door to our bathroom definitely broken.This was a major inconvenience as this was only privacy foor with visual access to window overlooking parking lot!! Told the front desk. Supposedly someone “fixed it”. Not accurate. Told front desk not a quick fix. Said they would follow up.

The room was a nice suite, and my adult daughter slept on a pullout sofa in living area. There was plenty of room for the three of us, and the well-stocked kitchen area allowed us to have dinner in the room which was purchased at the nearby (walking distance) Wegman's supermarket.

The sofa bed was your typical, uncomfortable type.

I loved my room, It was like a little apartment! I wish I could live there! The breakfast was awesome, the bed was super comfortable😴 it was quiet and I felt safe. And there is a Wygman’s grocery store within walking distance!

I was assuming that their free airport shuttle would be able to pick me up, but it is only for Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm, but hey, Uber to the rescue!

breakfast staff were wonderful. Bar menu could be improved with healthier options as well as a better selection. front desk staff were courteous and very helpful as well.
