Convenient to my destination.

I have not yet received my receipt for my stay, which was supposed to be emailed to me. I was told at check out that they couldn't print my receipt at that time. I think something suspicious was going on. I had two rooms for four nights each.

Location location location! Breakfast was served on time and was always hot. The lobby was pleasantly scented.

There were a few areas that needed improvement. The front area should have been a “No smoking” zone . The cigarette smell never left your nostril nor your clothes.

The view from the hotel is lovely. Staff is nice and they offer coffee 24/7 plus extra snacks for guests at different times of the day!

Small trash cans in the room that get get full quickly if you’re staying for a week.

It wasn't my first time here. This, there's always been a go to spot for me. What? I need to stay over a night near White Plains, New York. Everything about this hotel is great. The rooms are perfect. The beds are so comfortable the breakfast satisfying.

The only thing I can say I don't like about this. Is there aren't any restaurants near the area that's about it.

The hotel was close to the event. I liked that there were stores, malls and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would go back even if it’s to get away for the weekend. I also love pools.

I wouldn’t change things for now.

I have stayed with you before and found the facilities and location perfect. I would stay again. Coffee 24/7 is wonderful. I didn't have breakfast ala carte but was told the eggs were imitation and left something to be desired.

I booked with an agent and there was some confusion about my 2nd day's stay. It was rectified at check-out but it had already been handled with my booking agent prior to our arrival and we were disappointed to have to resolve the issue again at the site.

One of the Light fixtures in the room didn’t work and it would’ve been nice if there was a microwave in the room

While I would not say romantic (also wasn’t my vibe when checking in), I would say spacious, comfortable and inviting.

There was nothing to not like. Facility and staff were all excellent

It met all our expectations. Clean rooms, friendly and professional staff each visit. This is our second stay coming to New York area.

Notice some of the furniture in eating area needs attention. Excessive wear/ torn seating.
