Unfortunately..the 1st room I stayed in..the key did not work. Henry came after dealing with lobby customers and opened my door. Then I found out no TV remote....then no TV. Next day locked out again..got new room key. Then got locked out yet again. No chair in the room for the desk. Then on 3rd day...finally got another room...I met Corey the manager. He got me another room upstairs from office w/ a King bed instead. When I booked another 2 nights with Henry...he gave me the same room... All in all..despite all the difficulties...it's turned out pretty well I think..

If it were not advertised as accessible, I would have been very happy with the room. I had an accessible room. #145 1. There were plenty of grab bars in the bathroom. 2. The doorway to the bathroom was a good width.

I had accessible room #145 1. I didn't see sidewalk cutouts for a wheelchair to be able to access the walkway in front of the room 2. There was a small step to get into the room which a wheelchair wouldn't be able to overcome without help. 3. No visible seat for the tub. 4. The bed was kind of high making it difficult to get in and out of without help for a wheelchair guest.

The amenities was clean and accessible, knowledgeable staff, efficient and effective and very courteous staff. One staff stood out for us Mr Henry at the front desk he was very polite, had outstanding mannerism and he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my family and I were comfortable. He was this way with all other guest. You could tell that he is amazing at his job and love what he does.

The dog poo that guest didn’t clean. Please clean up after your dogs if you’re reading this :-)

Location of the inn was easy to get to and the room was very cold and nice. The person at the desk was polite.

I check in online and I still had to wait at the counter 15+ minutes to receive the key. There was a roach in the shower and the pillow was too small and not comfortable. In the early morning around 530am someone car alarm started going off multiple time a day for 5 to 10 minutes each.

Staff was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful! We were doing a lot of traveling by car, and I was unfamiliar with the area. I felt safe and comfortable.

I think the website pictures should be updated. I think they present the hotel as shadier than it really is.

Everything was just right about the property. Friendly staff, They provided Breakfast, effectiveness and communication between customer and staff was on point. Staff made you feel like you’re home away from Home. Henry was the best, He goes above and beyond for all guests.

I had called in the morning and spoke with someone and told him that I needed a first floor room because of a leg injury. They said they made a note but when we arrived they said that there wasn’t a first floor room available

Rooms was clean and smelled good.

That I had to plug up TV to turn it off or on. and volume on the TV didn't work. The volume won't turn up or down it was stuck on loud volume.

The breakfast is always great. The room is always clean. The staff is very courteous.

The people in the room next to us were up til after 1 am talking loudly, tv on , too much noise coming from them. I paid my money to get some rest not be up most of the night. I think this hotel has people living there now.

The hotel was clean and breakfast station was very clean . The hotel staff were very nice to us, and restaurants were not too far from hotel.

A group of men were outside with their door open smoking weed. Also we stayed in room 145, the people next door to us 146 were noisy most of the night, could hear them through the walls.Also they put drinks, or pee in a large bottle in front of our room, and also some food in paper bags. Do people live at this hotel also? Did not like items being put in front of our hotel door. Do not want to be next to room 146 again.
