EVERYTHING. Honestly, one of the best stays I've had from any hotel I've been through the last few years. I was so impressed with the cleanliness. The size of the rooms are generous (I had a little seating area with a foot rest that pulled out from under the seat?! I loved that!!!), the location FANTASTIC. The breakfast delicious, staff was friendly! The beds, pillows and sheets were SO comfortable! Wifi was fast, stand up shower was beautiful and big. I would book this place again if I ever found myself up there at another time. I enjoyed my stay so much that I'm considering booking Comfort Inn & Suites in other planned locations as well as a first choice whenever available. Applebee's and a Diner next door, super close to the freeway, Wendy's, gas stations, etc. Book here, you'll love it!

There was some renovations occurring, and the drilling was loud. At one point I believe it might have been above the floor in the bathroom , door of the room for quite some time so resting in the day during those times was a bit tough (never too early or too late thankfully!). However, it was something that was being done to make the place better so it really didn't become an issue. I was happy they were upgrading.

I didn't like the fact that we had to leave by 0720 and were hoping to get some breakfast. Breakfast is advertised to begin at 0700, however if you drag your feet, most people have to leave, and you don't have to serve them anything. This is not only wrong, but also clearly on purpose, and enough to prevent me from staying here again despite many trips in the area. Saved money on the eggs though.

The staff managing the breakfast room and refills there were excellent, especially Rosalie, constantly making sure that the food selections were replenished and helping us with directions to various local attractions. Our room was amazingly large and CLEAN with extra pillows, towels and bathroom toiletries that aren’t typical these days. We especially enjoyed the cozy corner with 2 comfortable chairs, a lamp and table where we could plan the next day’s schedule. All the staff were very pleasant and always helpful from the cleaning staff to the front desk staff. We had an excellent stay and will recommend your hotel to friends and family who may visit the Hudson Valley in the future.

An instruction brochure for the TV and VCR would have been helpful.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and the staff was top notch. It is a shame that with all the positives, my impression was spoiled when I went to breakfast and Plastic utensils and paper plates were provided. I stayed for several nights and paid over $900 for my stay.The only reason I can see was to make it easier for hotel and save on paying a dishwasher. after 2 days, i chose to walk next door and eat at the diner so I could eat on a plate with silverware. Not appropriate for a hotel of this level. Thank you

1. Was not told about construction noise when I checked in. Was originally given a room in location I had requested that had loud equipment noise. Should have been told about it; instead, had to go back to reception and complain & request a room change.

It was so great to have a pool. That's what tipped the scale and made me choose this hotel. Having a large room will fridge and microwave was great and a warm breakfast and fresh coffee was really appreciated too. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, especially Rosalie (breakfast staff), the housekeepers, and the man on the front desk on Saturday Aug 19 morning.. And the woman on Monday morning I think

Pool could have longer hours. Gym could've been better. Access to a newspaper would've been nice

Hotel was very clean and staff was very accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast in the morning was good and having an Applebee's and a diner next to the property made lunch/dinner options very convenient. The location was central to all Sleepy Hollow area attractions too.

The rooms were very clean and was cleaned very day. The breakfast was great. It was nice to have warm eggs and the waffles were very good too.

The swimming pool was closed while we were there.

The room was spacious, and the king bed very comfortable. There was a microwave, a mini fridge, and an extra sink in the room. There was a generous hot breakfast.

Decor was somewhat dated and there was some peeling wallpaper in our room that could easily have been glued back into place.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff did a great job.

You can hear the nearby highway in the front rooms . We slept well, but if you are a light sleeper, request a back room.
