Super cool abandoned restaurant in the same parking lot!! Even with a covered walkway to get to it!! Otherwise it was a pleasantly uneventful hotel :-) delicious hot breakfast with scrumptious veggie egg white omelet. Just like the ones they used to have at Dunkin before they discontinued them. Lots of choices at breakfast I loved that the most.

Room smelled just a bit TOO clean, like there was something serious that had been cleaned up or covered. Maybe it was a smoking room in its past life... Oh and one of the outlets in our room wasn't working. In order to use one of the big lights that came plugged into it, we had to reroute that wire over the headboard. However if we hadn't done that it still would have been very well lit! Lots of lights which I love.

Equal to or better than the competition at this price point. This is taking into consideration, all aspects of the property - Room, Staff, Location and Free Breakfast. Regarding Breakfast - Great Variety, Fresh Items, Rotation of Hot Entrees. I made coffee in Keurig machine in my room. It was much better than the bitter coffee @ the buffet. Great to have Refrigerator / Freezer as well as Microwave..

Only minor complaint is that the coffee was bitter every day. Keurig in the room was a remedy for that...

The bed was soft and warm. The AC kept the room cool and comfortable. I loved the additional towels as well.

My only concern was that the temperature of the shower was a bit hard to adjust, as in it would be either a bit too hot or a bit too cold. Also, there wasn't really a usable table with chairs where you can sit and eat the food you brought in. it made things a bit difficult to use the little oval table available.

Location is great. If you want to go anywhere in New Jersey or New York, it is a convenient location. A medium size hotel so easy to reach to room and other facilities. Vending machines and restaurant are just near the entrance and I found it very convenient to use. Rooms are spacious and clean. All the necessary facilities are provided and in good condition. Staff is very helpful and courteous. They go beyond their duties to help or guide you. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Overall worth of value.

A great location with excellent value for the price. The check-in and check-out process is smooth, and the standard American breakfast is a good way to start the day. If you're planning to pass through New York, I highly recommend staying here. Plus, the free parking is a bonus.

The only downside is the WiFi, which frequently disconnects from both my phone and laptop—this was a bit frustrating. other than that everything okay and high recommend.

This hotel is excellent. I found the facilities to be outstanding. The breakfast was rich meal that we truly enjoyed. The hotel is neat and clean. Location was excellent. I will recommend this hotel.

Patel, the manager on duty around 11am on September 4, 2024 was really unprofessional and unfriendly. We have been to several hotels but have not experienced such unfriendly customer service provided by him. I am really disappointed that he is a manager on duty.

Breakfast was good and diverse, coffee and tea 24/7, clean and confortable. A quick walk to cafes, a gourmet supermarket that was superb. Ramsey has ponds, and every amenity nearby, as a train station. Very beautiful place for a visit in fall. Although on a highway, very quiet. Will stay again.

The only remark we have is the day before leaving we asked staff for a late checkout which was confirmed. Next day the same staff told us to leave by 11am which is the standard checkout time and not what was agreed.

Breakfast was very good. Great choices. Something for everybody. Fresh fruit, juices, yogurt and cereal. The hot breakfast was pretty impressive too. Sausage, bacon, eggs and fresh pancakes. Muffins, bagels and wholewheat bread to be toasted using the counter top toaster.

I have no complaints. The only suggestion I could make is regarding the selection of fresh fruit. Perhaps a wider selection could be considered. Bananas are excellent and easy to peel. Oranges not so convenient to peel as there are no knives to cut or chop them -apart from the disposable plastic ones. But that’s not a deal breaker as far as I’m concerned!

Easy to approach and park; very clean; excellent king bed; good lighting and spotless cleanliness in bathroom; good coffee; pretty good breakfast options. Most of all staff are unfailingly attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful

I wish places like this would do a simple decent breakfast: just skip eggs and bacon if it’s going to be steam table eggs and hard overcooked bacon. Pastries were fine.

The room was very clean, with options for a firm or soft pillow along with comfortable beds. The room was also very spacious. Breakfast options were nice and very tasty. 10/10 recommend this hotel.
