It was a great experience.

I wish the pool had some sort of ventilation. It was like a chlorine sauna in there. Open a window or something. I could imagine it’s nice when it’s 10° outside. But not when it’s 90°. Also I don’t enjoy having to constantly run down to reprogram the key cards. I know they have the app but you don’t think about that until half way through the trip. Unless you travel all the time. The cafe staff in the morning were a bit too rigid on things that defy logic. I get it. But creativity usually gets higher gratuity.

I liked how clean and how friendly and helpful the staff was. It’s really is a great value for the money. I was also pleased with the balcony view which I didn’t quite expect when booking the room and was happy with.i came here in February so the weather was cold to stay out for too long on the balcony. The pool was also awesome love how it’s heated or just a right temperature.

it was miserable when seeing the staff with their continuous efforts at assisting a customer during their stay, and the woman kept yelling at them. She also kept saying obnoxious things and rude remarks when all they were trying to do was help her with her reservation and all the while also trying to upkeep and manage the bar for people that wanted some drinks at 7pm . I wanted to sit and have dinner but went up and stayed in my room for the duration of the night; had dinner and watched some tv.

This hotel is clean, grand and spacious. It has a lovely courtyard and wonderful indoor pool area that overlooks the courtyard. The gym has state of the art equipment. I really enjoyed my room and the bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave.

I wish this hotel had a better breakfast. There are also no microwave ovens in the rooms, I had to go to the lobby to warm my meal. There is a Starbucks in the lobby but it opens late and their is limited staff. However, the lady who served us after it finally opened was very nice and did apologize for the wait.

The rooms were spacious and comfy with a great view no matter where you are in the building. The sofa bed was heavenly

The tv didn’t work in one of the rooms so they moved us to a room that had a working tv. But the wall outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Honestly an easy fix so not something to be too upset over

The staff was super helpful, because we booked via Booking.com and ordered a king size and a sofa bed for 4 people by accident. The staff helped us by getting a 4 man room. Good breakfast and nice parking

The pool was closed outside of the opening hours; maybe this was a one time thing

The hotel fully lives up to its advertised standards. It is very clean, with exceptionally pleasant staff, a large parking lot, beautiful natural surroundings, and, despite being near the highway, it is very quiet. I stayed at the hotel as a stopover on my car journey, and for my purposes, it was ideal. The staff are super friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was very nice. The lobby and my room were beautiful. Room was spacious, especially the bathroom area. There were 4 pillows on the bed; a lot of hotels only provide 3 pillows for a king size bed and when there’s two people you’ve gotta fight over them lol. Room was very clean— tub and toilet were sparkling.

The location was a little inconvenient, only because of how strange the road is. I cannot explain it because I have never seen such a strange road in my life— lots of going round and round. The room key didn’t work to get you in any of the back doors so you could only get in through the lobby. Breakfast was available but cost extra so didn’t partake. Tried calling front desk several times and got no answer.

It is a very comfortable spacious private space at a price that beats the other hotels in area.

No microwave in room...coffee in lobby seems hard to get ( but alcoholic drinks at end of day are nice). They play with your money....Authorizations, deposit...the charge booking.com shows is not what it is in the end. Businesses think money- it's #'s to them and they are in place to profit! It's my personal life, in the balance....so let me know the cost clear cut, please!

Breakfast was not included in our stay which I think would be a staple in such a great hotel. That was a little disappointing but besides that everyone was very nice. We had a good time chatting and hanging out at the bar the bartender was lovely The staff was accommodating. I would definitely be back. Lovelyplace

I the future the should definitely think about including breakfast with your stay. The pool could use a little work.

My second time at this hotel and felt this round, the front desk staff was friendlier and helpful when I asked for hot drinking water, which was only available at the bar at specific hours. The room size and beds were good. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel. Wished lighting in the room could be brighter.
