The staff were lovely people, very professional and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good with more options than I thought. And the location was perfect, right off 17 but not too far off and in location that was not busy. Also, the layout of the room was very nice and comfortable.

Well, the first room they gave me after I unpacked I realized that the fan would not turn off in the bedroom, the ceiling fan. Someone came up to look at it and she couldn’t do it either so they changed my room. And they helped me move my stuff. Then in the second room, the coffee maker did not work. So I could not have coffee in the morning and they didn’t change the coffee maker till later in the day. Also, whatever polish you use on the wood veneer furniture is terrible. Everything was sticky. I actually had to wash off the surface of my desk so I could work there. The beds were also way too firm. As I get older, I need a little more give in the bed. And this had no give.

The breakfast spread is WONDERFUL, the staff takes great pride in preparing and restocking the items. Sat+Sun breakfast starts an hour later but has a waffle machine. So much variety that both kids were happy. The staff are so friendly, we didn't want to leave. We missed a Wed night social, I imagine it was great. The washer/dryer are $3 each but are industrial size and strength. Dishwasher in the room worked great, fridge was massive with ice. Wifi fast and reliable.

Rooms are not so cozy, they remind me more of a doctor's waiting room, which is not a bad thing in itself, more of a serviced apartment feel than a hotel. Pool was too cold for the kids to swim. You have to ask to ensure your room gets cleaned. No sponge or detergent for washing the dishes. Sofa bed a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. Variety of frozen food behind the front desk was good but too expensive. Nothing bad at all, just mentioning a few things that are imperfect. The blackout curtains in the bedroom made up for everything.

I liked how clean the property was and the location is perfect for what we need. The price was affordable and I am sure we will be back.

My only complaints are that there were only maybe 5 tissues left in the box, there weren’t enough washcloths, and we ran out of hand soap the first night. The cleaning crew came in to clean and replenish supplies on the morning of day two, however, only the towels were replaced - the soap was left completely empty and they took the box of tissues out of the tissue holder but didn’t replace the box.

Extraordinary service and facility. Easy entrance for handicapped guests, front desk clerks very courteous. Wonderful early evening cocktail service (salads, finger food, wine, pastries, hot foods, fruit... suite was very comfortable - like "arriving home". Small dining table, refrigerator, sofa and coffee table. Beds very comfortable. Coffee maker, hot breakfast, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, etc, omelets made to order. We will definitely return on next trip north. Price was excellent. The BEST place we've stayed in many years.

Great location. Breakfast was good and all staff (especially breakfast staff) were really nice. Nice to have the kitchen included.

It wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Smoke smell in our bathroom at night like someone was smoking somewhere and it filtered in through the air vent. Pillows were pretty flat.

The room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good and many options available.

The pool area had a bunch of bugs and cobwebs which turned me off, but our kids still enjoyed the pool area.

Breakfast was one of the BEST we've had! Staff were all friendly, Suite large enough to accommodate our family of 5. Everything was clean, also one of the first hotels we've been to that had HAND SOAP in the suite bathroom! Very impressed, this will be our go-to when we come back to visit the area!

Wish we would've stayed longer!

The hotel is very nice and well situated although road 17 isn't the easiest road to travel on. The room was spacious with a separate living area. The breakfast was beyond our expectations compared to other hotels that includes breakfast.

The room might have needed a more thorough cleaning as we found pieces of chocolate and papers near the couch and under the bed. There were a couple of claw marks on the side of the couch but it is to be expected in a pet friendly hotel.

Loved this location, everyone was friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was good. There was a wedding the same weekend and hotel was full, but everything was still great. There was a slight billing descrpancy but it was fixed right away.

bathroom could have been a little cleaner but everything was great.

Suite layout was great for our family. Relatively quiet. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a decent number of options.

There are signs of wear and tear in the room that could be fixed/updated.
