We stay for a week every year. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always clean.

Getting in and out of the facility is a little daunting. One entrance is through the Burger King parking lot and is not marked. The other is on the other side of the hotel but is on a blind curve. The cars coming down that road are usually going quite fast. Getting out that side is very dangerous. There is one other exit. I have been staying there for probably 6 years now, every year and only found it this year. I had to ride down that end of the parking lot and saw it. It again is not well marked and it goes through the back of the Burger King parking lot, so you don’t realize you can get out that way. That one is much safer

The indoor pool was really nice. It was well-maintained and heated. The cleaning staff was excellent and the room was spotless. The decor was updated and parking was spacious and always available, even during the holidays when the hotel was full. The morning breakfast was a nice bonus, with omelets and hot breakfast meats as well as easy to make pancakes. This was in addition to the wide array of baked goods and cereals. The hotel is centrally located with a variety of fast-food right next door and restaurant delivery minutes away.

I really have no complaints

The pool was clean and maintained, hotel was clean as well too. Rooms over all with bathrooms very well maintained and spacious. We were very happy.

The outside hang out Area could of had a little more or at least mosquitoes repellent of some sort specially since it is right in front of the lake. The gym was very very small. However, the thing that bothered me the most was one of th check in staff. I can't remember her name. Didn't answer to my "good afternoon," ignore when she made eye contact with me and I asked if check in with her, her co-worker Colleen took care of us, she was very respectful and friendly. But her co-worker was so disrespectful to get in between our conversations just to tell me I was wrong about an early check in and continue to interrupt me when I was talking to Colleen.

Fantastic staff at check in! Super comfortable bed and quiet rooms! The grounds were a great place to walk my dog in peace without the feeling (or noise) of being near the highway. Grass pavers are a nice touch to keep your feet dry when it's been raining a lot, while walking your pet. Breakfast was a definite plus with coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, eggs, bagels, and more available. Super easy to find from the highway.

There was some long hair in the bathroom when I arrived. Traffic coming around the corner made it hard to pull out of the parking lot.

nice breakfast wide verity of food only wish they had plain scrambled eggs instead of ones with cheese in them I am allergic to the cheese. Was so nice to have a room on the first floor and close to the exit to get to my truck. I am a disabled Veteran so it made it easy and convenient for me

We are on a kosher diet so we're able to have the banana, oatmeal, and peanut butter

The hot urn did not work, we always had to ask someone to get us hot water for the tea. I did not like to pay for bottle water $2.50 a bottle. The water fountains were not working and there was nowhere to get filtered water. Water.and hot water should not be a problem in a hotel.

The staff was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was good. Juice was very watered down, though. Area was OK but very convenient to where we wanted to go. Parking was great and wifi very accessible and strong signal. Thanks 😊

The hotel was clean and comfortable and priced well. The hotel room also appeared to have been recently updated. We appreciated the usb ports next to the bed. Hotel staff was courteous.

Would have liked additional lighting in the hotel room. Bathroom lighting was perfectly fine for applying makeup but I’m used to the hotel room itself having more lamps and or overhead lighting.

Location is great. Breakfast good. Restaurants close by.

While it wasn’t the hotels fault there was a storm and we lost power for over an hour. My husband who uses oxygen walked up to the 3 rd floor to get to our room. Staff could have sent a bottle of water or something to recognize the inconvenience.

The staff was very helpful, our room was cleaned every day as we spent 9 nights here. Breakfast was so good and included hot food. It was really quiet and the bed and the pillows were super comfy.

The only thing was that we couldn't open the windows for fresh air but I understand that with the heat and moscitos it is the best solution.
