The breakfast was amazing. The staff was awesome and very helpful, they were great with my kids who are both 6. My daughter absolutely loved Jackie at the front desk, she even cried when we left. She said”mommy can we please come back and see that pretty lady again”. They say kids are a great judge of character, and that was absolutely true when it came to the staff. The hotel was wonderful,very clean, and very well maintained. We plan on making our trip to American dream a yearly thing and we will never stay at any other hotel. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The BEST hotel my family has ever stayed in.

The staff here are stellar - can’t be beat. From the front desk to the housekeepers, everyone was wonderful. The room was perfect for us (family of 4, with two small children - we had 2 queen beds). The kitchenette came in very handy. And it was awesome having free parking & breakfast. We specifically came for the pool, and that was our only disappointment.

The pool was ‘usable’ but seriously needs cleaning, and sometimes was a bit cold (but once we got in, we adjusted). I thoroughly bathed each child (& myself) every time we went swimming, and had my daughter not begged so exhaustively, I would have skipped the pool altogether.

Breakfast was delicious. They had a lot of the same items both days but a few items were different which was a nice change. I was extremely happy that I had access to filtered water throughout my entire stay. They have coffee and tea available at all times in the lobby as well. They had a good selection of food and drinks that could be purchased at any time either by adding the cost to your room or paying separately at the time of purchase. The pool was nice and clean. Ample towels were available. There was a restroom in the pool area as well. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Including housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen workers, and front desk employees.

I would have liked if the shower in the pool area was in working order.

I liked the space in the room. We were a family of four adults and 1 child and the room was spacious enough to accommodate us reasonably well.

The hotel only cleans the rooms every other day. When you are five people sharing a room- a more frequent clean is required. I asked the hotel specifically if they could do a quick clean for us on one of the 'no clean days' and they did not assist. If the Management doesn't want to pay their staff to clean daily- at least provide cleaning supplies in the room so that the guests can do it themselves. For example, cleaning supplies in the bathroom would be particularly useful.

Clean property, full free breakfast, indoor pool, free large size shower products, all staff and were friendly…

The pull out sofa bed didn’t have enough padding. My son 18 years old is 6”2 and didn’t fit but, we were hoping for a least a decent mattress. When I asked the front desk if they had any type of padding, unfortunately they didn’t. However, they were hospitable and gave us extra blankets to try to assist us the best that they could, with an apologetic attitude.

The location is extremely good. It was so easy to go to different places by ordering Uber. What was so unique is that it was so easy to get to Times Square by taking the NJT bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal. Having finished my tour, I got back to Port Authority to take the bus to Willowbrook Mall. Then, I ordered Uber to return back to the hotel. The staff is fantastically friendly. The breakfast is amazing. In addition, I enjoyed going to the gym. I wish I could spend my next summer vacation at Home 2 Suites by Hilton Wayne, NJ. By the way, it is so far away from JFK airport, but my family and I wish to come back to our Home 2 Suites again. Thank you so much. 💓

Breakfast was ok/good. Room was exceptionally clean and large. Very nice shower. We were only staying one night, so kitchen was of no use to us. However, if we ever need to stay for a longer time, the kitchen would be an asset.

Room price was higher than where we normally stay and they have a better breakfast. However, the day we checked in, the room rate was listed on the internet as $12 cheaper and to book now. However when you went to the site the cheaper rates were not available. Not sure why your website would list that, but it doesn't seem right. We asked at the front desk about it and they basically said nothing could be done about it, which didn't sit well with us.

The room was great with it's mini kitchen and spacious feel! Complimentary breakfast had lots of options and food was very good! Hotel was located within minutes of a variety of things to do and was very well maintained.

I was asked about floor preference and didn't have one but in the future I would stay on top floor. Guests above us sounded like they were clumsy elephants. Bathroom was nice but shower felt small and narrow, kept bumping my elbows on the sides while washing my hair.

I stayed at Home2 Suites By Hilton Wayne, NJ this week and had a great experience. The staff had a positive attitude. The room was clean and spacious, especially compared to other hotels, and featured a small kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and a good fridge. The bed was very comfortable, and the sofa bed was amazing. Free parking was a bonus, and the location was convenient. I also appreciated the 24/7 availability of coffee and tea in the lobby, as well as the ice machine.

What I recommend is cleaning the room every day and offering more variety in the breakfast menu.
