The King Room was large and very clean. The hotel was very well kept and the staff was very pleasant. I asked for wake up calls every morning of my stay which the desk clerk on duty happily obliged.

On one of the days I left for work and came back with my room having not been cleaned and the housekeeper placed my "Do Not Disturb" tag on my door as if I had put it there for her not to clean my room. I left $10 tip on the days she would clean my room so didn't understand why she didn't want to clean it that day.

Booking.com did not give me the weekly discount rate that I would have received had I went to the Red Roof Inn directly. That cost me over $140 on my 8 day stay and leaves me feeling ripped off by your company. The hotel stated since my ANEX card was debited one hour before I checked in, the reservation could not be canceled and rebooked at the correct rate. Unfair !

We have stayed at this Red Roof Inn before while visiting family in the area. We travel with our dog, and she is always welcome at Red Roof Inn, and without a costly surcharge. The hotel is very nice for the category of budget accommodations that are dog friendly. The room is clean, bed was very comfortable, front desk and other staffers were pleasant and professional. There is an in-room coffee maker, fridge and microwave, but we got coffee from the Dunkin' Donuts next door. Will stay here again next time we are in the area.

There is WiFi, but it is not very good. That was a minor consideration for us. However, it might be difficult to work from there.

The onsite restaurant is a joke. We had been driving most of the day and arrived around 8:30 at night, famished but happy that twe could pop downstairs to the hotel restaurant for a quick supper. By the time we got up to the room and I finally called the restaurant for a takeout order, it was 9:01 and I was informed that the kitchen was closed. What, you can't pick up food on a Friday night before the NY marathon with the hotel sold out and lots of guests still arriving and hungry? We weren't planning on sitting in there for a long romantic dinner, and seeing as they had JUST closed literally a minute ago it was obnoxious that they made no effort to be of service.

Clean and pleasant, fine for a short stay. But overall not bad for the price. Staff was friendly and professional.

A few annoying things, like no towel bars in the bathroom and shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Cannabis odor in the hallways was strong at times.

We stayed in this hotel as we were traveling with our dog, and Red Roof Inn has a wonderful "no fee" policy for pets. For a Red Roof, the hotel was very nice indeed. Room was spacious and clean, bed seemed new and was very comfortable. The staff members we encountered were all very pleasant and professional, and our dog was welcomed. Location was great for our purpose (family nearby), with a most-convenient Dunkin' Donuts across the parking lot—I don't use hotel coffee makers, though there was one in the room. Fridge and microwave were nice additions.

One slight negative was the odor from the carpet cleaner (?) or something in the room...but not unexpected in a pet friendly hotel, and not overpowering.

Great location right off a highway. Loved that there were many options for eating around the area. Beds were so comfy!! Room was very clean. Big TV, refrigerator and microwave in room.

Parking lot kind of small. They do have a parking garage in the back of the building that was well lit though and I did enjoy that. Wish they had breakfast.

Room was clean and environment was quiet. Grounds were a bit messy in back. TV was super. Could have used a couple of regular coat hangers to help us dry wet things in bathroom.

I've grown accustomed to having a continental breakfast and sometimes even hot items one can make such as waffles when staying at other hotels in the area which cost less per room!

It was pretty decently sized and strategically located and the staff were so friendly and open

The walls are so thin that I could hear a couple in the next have sex round the clock. Loud moans and what not.

We had a very good sleep. The heater was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant.

In room 318 in the shower, there was only hot water which is a big minus. I told to staff, they apologised and promised to repair it.
