Clean and spacious room. Already had soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom. Didn't have to request for a fridge because it was already in the room.

There was an initial smell when we turned on the AC. It didn't last long, though. The key card at the very end seems to not work. Always had to enter either in the first or 2nd door. I have to wait for housekeeping for towels if it is after hours. The light by my bed didn't turn on, but there were enough lights around the room to be used.

The room was clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed.

There was a $50 deposit required but not mentioned on booking. Of course it was refunded but then it’s always in the back of my mind what if it isn’t. I wouldn’t have booked due to this. I take extra care when I stay at any hotels. I don’t like the procedure.

The breakfast was great. I would included some donuts once in a while but it was great to start, helpful staff clean and comforting

I would put 4 pillows on the bed if there’s two people. Other then, I enjoyed my stay

Bed was super comfortable, room was cold, shower has great water pressure and it was in a good location.

Bathroom a little dirty and breakfast could have offered more.

The location was near my business engagement site. The building was clean. The Lobby was inviting and warm. The fixtures in the room were clean and attractive. The stay was very pleasant.

No bathtub.

Everything was good and staff was kind all shifts

The gave to the dog park is always locked and makes it cumbersome to walk around the buildings for me especially as a trucker p as ring on the oberflow

breakfast was great. It was easy to check in and out. Staff was friendly. The bed was cozy

The internet connection for the TV was a bit faulty. It pixalated a lot.The mirrors were not wiped down with glass cleaner only water so they were all foggy .

The front end staff is very friendly very nice and if you have a complaint they're on it Housekeeping is excellent

I don't like the fact that it's a non-smoking facility

The outer hotel doors are not locked.
