Clean room. Lovely breakfast ($20 for adults, $10 for kids). Big rooms. No noise from street.

Wasn’t aware the pool and gym is a part of a health club, which meant people from outside was there as well as swim instruction going on all Sunday morning. It meant a lot of kids/people in and around the pool. Also, we saw a guy from the wedding reception the day before, filling up his used single use bottle from the water station at the breakfast area, and his water bottle clearly touched it the whole time and we therefore didn’t get water for breakfast. There was no other water fountains at the hotel. Only icecubes (unless you went to the pool).

I loved the price - we got 2 double queen rooms for 2 nights, Friday-Sunday, and they were actually affordable compared to anything within 45 minutes of Manhattan on the same amenities etc. level as this place, I loved the castle-like appearance, I loved that they have a pool and a hot tub, breakfast was great, and there is a very pretty little park out back that adds to the feeling you are somewhere in the countryside, they also have a nice little convenience store located just past the elevators, but the icing on the cake was the staff. The ladies behind the counter were wonderful and Jessica was amazing. Even 2 weeks later when I had to call them from a hotel in Michigan to get my Marriott Bonvoy # because the Michigan property was unable to locate it, the girl that answered was awesome and got it for me!! I‘m sorry I can’t remember her name.

I wish it was a bit closer to the city because I hate the traffic/commute, but that‘s all part of the package that is NYC if you drive anyway. It isn’t Sheraton‘s fault.

Beautiful Hotel. We stayed two nights for a family wedding and did not need to leave the building! Hotel offered a good breakfast buffet and shop for snacks and last minute items. The Ball room was beautiful and a great time was had by all. I would recommend this hotel for a stay or banquet facility

The pool facilities were nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable

The restaurant. It was very odd how it was setup that there were so many tables but no wait staff. To have to squeeze through to the bar to order and pay the bartender, or any other need was very weird. Also didn’t like that on booking.com I was told I was upgraded to a deluxe room but we were very obviously given a standard room. I tried communicating with the hotel through booking.com app and no one responded. That experience was frustrating.

The castle design caught me off guard and was absolutely beautiful. I loved the access to walking paths around the river and the mature trees on the property. The indoor pool and hot tub were much needed. Even though, I was told, that they were accommodating several large groups,it was quiet and certainly not crowded.

Always wanted to stay in the castle, finally Got the chance. The staff Heather and Tara were professional and pleasant. Both went out of their way to help us. The young ladies at the pool were also a delight. They were accommodating and friendly.

I called the week before to make sure the restaurant was open, I was told that it wasn't. So we packed our own own food from home and brought it.

It was clean and very nice. Breakfast extra pay but this a chance to experience local dinners

Great large rooms in a great location in wealthy suburban new jersey very close to new york city, ample parking, large rooms

lots of confusion and it has many parties ongoing at the restaurant with no clear separation lobby versus hote

the hotel overall was completely nice like many hotels i think that should be more involved in carpet cleaning the rooms on a weekly or monthly basis other than that the hotel was good

just the carpet needs to be clean

The staff did not follow my payment instructions, Marriott gifcard is not a payment option there even that I mentioned during the check in, and did not provided any solution.
