The property was clean and well located, there is an adjoining hotel that has a restaurant for convenience. Overall the stay was very nice and clean, the staff was very welcoming. We had 2 room’s adjoining, which was convenient for our large family. This was a delightful hotel and would recommend it to others.

We were travel with a large party and need 2 rooms, so they were able to arrange / rooms that were joined together. The ac worked well in one room, but not the other and we had issues with trying to adjust them both. With the room door open the adjoin both rooms the temperature was fine in both during the evening.

We arrived quite late and stayed for just one night, but we were very satisfied. The room was clean and cozy, with air conditioning, which made it comfortable at night. It was quiet in the room, with no outside noises, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was a nice surprise — everything was tasty and offered enough variety. We especially enjoyed the pool: it was large, warm, and very clean, which made our short stay even more enjoyable. A great place to relax, even if you don’t have much time!

The pool on Saturday was open only until 8 PM, even though I was told over the phone earlier that day that it would be open until 10 PM. In the bathroom, the shampoo dispenser was broken, so I couldn’t wash my hair with shampoo. Unfortunately, I discovered this while showering and forgot to inform the staff afterward.

We stoppede here for a night on our way from Toronto to NYC by car. The hotel stood in a nice, quiet, woody neighbouhood we the family of 4 could catch our breath after the long day's drive. May eating choices within 2-3kms no problem by car. The room was spacious and quiet (I repeat) the bathroom was scrupulous clean. An added bonus was that we found fire flies - in the wood directly infront of the hotel's main entrance, behind he parking lot. If you are visiting here in mid summer (our visit was July 13th) worth taking a stroll just after sun set.

The Waffel maker in the breakfast hall was out of service. Not a big deal but hope you fix it soon for the future guests especially kids.

Front desk staff was very friendly. It was nice having an indoor pool and that we were able to get ajoining rooms. Also, the location was great. Breakfast was very good. This was my second time staying here.

It was unclear if the adjoining rooms was documented in our reservation, although it was requested. We checked in at 3:30 pm and the second room wasn’t ready until 5 pm, even though it was empty and just needed to be clean. The front desk staff did let housekeeping know and it was supposed to only take about 20 minutes.

I liked having access to the business office. I liked the mini luggage carrier. I liked coffee being made available all day in the lobby.

I did not like the constant soft blurring noise o In my room. I don’t know if it came from the refrigerator or the heating system. I did not like the noise of kids running amuck in the corridor during late Saturday night into the early Sunday morning hours; up to about 1 am. They were yelling, laughing and slamming doors. It was very difficult to fall asleep after a very long day at work. I almost called Security.

The Desk Staff with our late arrival were friendly and quick responding to our special requests. Amazingly she was alone in the facility, or so it appeared, she was juggling and handing many things...not just us. A great person on the team.

There was someone, appeared as if a maintainence member of the team, wasn't too approachable...we said hello and he didn't respond back (likely a hearing issue).

We actually checked out on the 7th. The staff at this hotel are fantastic! Ahmed at the front desk, is so very personable and kind. The cleaning lady’s we encountered on our floor were very sweet/helpful. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast spread is awesome. We have Hiltons Honors and we’re able to use the pool/fitness area in the joined Hilton. Security in the parking lot at night. We will definitely choose this hotel to stay in next time we visit family. Sadly I forgot to take pics.

Having stayed at the Hilton next door, I can definitely tell the Hampton is a lower tier hotel in comparison. However, my experience here was pleasant enough. Our bed was clean and the bathroom as well. It just doesn’t look fancy or luxurious inside the rooms but that didn’t matter for our short stay.

we went to have breakfast at 9:30 and ALL the hot food was gone. there were quite a few people that had just gotten there and NO staff to speak to except the woman at the desk and she just said I'm sure they'll replenish??? after waiting a little bit we left and had to find somewhere to eat. we are disappointed.

We have returned to this hotel time and again. Always clean, comfortable, with delicious hot complimentary breakfast. Staff is excellent and accommoating. The facility is shared with Hilton hotel allowing guests access to exceptional amenities including indoor and outdoor pool, apothecary lounge for refreshments and light bites. There is ample space to gather and enjoy conversation with friends and family multiple sitting areas indoors and outdoors. Ruth Chris Steakhouse has entrance from within the hotel as well..best steak ever! The hotel complex is near to main roads and nearby resturants and attractions within close distance. Just wonderful!
