Staff was amazing. They not only let me check in early, but they even upgraded my room because my room type because our particular type wasn't available for early check in. I didnt even ask! The staff did this on their own just to make one of their guests comfortable! That type of service doesn't come along very often. Job very well done Hyatt house! I wish ai had gotten the ladies name, at 1pm on the Saturday of march 29, and her manager; But, and this is speaking as a Marriot rewards member, that staff deserves a bonus for going above and beyond to represent the Hyatt brand!!!

The bar was NOT open on weekends? I would have never in my wildest days have imagined such a thing was possible. A bar that closes on weekends? And an outside courtyard area that didn't have an area to accomodate cigar smokers. Any smokers really... rarely do I travel without enjoying a nite cap and a cigar outside. And the bar seemed really nice too. That's the real let down... the courtyard too. Unfortunately, a large group of soccer parents that normally like to spend time relaxing at the hotel and drinking together in the evening, scattered to different random bars in the area instead.

The hotels overall appearance and rooms were very, very, very clean. The lobby had a nice refreshing scent at entry. The front desk staff were very friendly. It was a nice, quiet comfortable stay. The continental breakfast had a lot of choices .

The downside to the hotel was the $15 daily parking fee. The breakfast was ok, we would’ve preferred a waffle machine over the microwaveable pancakes. Also, I don’t recall seeing hand sanitizer upon entry into that area.

I was a little surprised that we had to pay for parking at this location let alone pay for it through a third party. I liked the system that was used to track the cars on the lot, however I did not expect that their would be a separate parking company that enforces the parking situation. I am used to paying when we have other major events happening in the area to ensure that people do not park on lots, not the guest staying at that property.

Room was very clean and spacious. It was in a quiet area and there wasn't alot of noise in the hotel. We (my husband and 2 daughters) slept well. I did like that there were to go containers at breakfast so you could take your breakfast back to your room.

I usually won't stay at a hotel where the sink is not inside the bathroom. When I booked the room, I didn't notice that. Although this is something I don't like, this room was nice and will probably stay here again.

It was quiet, the rooms were big, the bathrooms were clean and nice, the blinds were a little dirty and stained , breakfast was presentable and good, the kitchen was clean the silverware was clean, the couch was comfortable, when I asked for blankets they brought it promptly.

That you have to pay for parking. If I’m already paying to stay there why pay for parking. Why not just give parking passes and tow whoever doesn’t have one if you’re trying to deter unwanted parking.

Breakfast was good. Comfortable room

New paid parking since last time I was there. This is not a downtown hotel where parking is a problem. Only ones parking there are guests. If you want $15 extra from the guests just raise the rates. Looks like they got a third party managing this scam.

Facility was great - clean, roomy and pleasant. However, there is a $15 charge per night for parking - this fee WAS NOT DISCLOSED by Booking.com before I reserved a non-refundable room. The hotel disclosed immediately after I reserved.

It was beautiful. Loved the homey feel. Good breakfast.

Could hear everything through walls and ceiling

Breakfast was good. Above average than other places I stayed at. Great location. 10 min walk from the event i was there for.

The lighting in the sink / closet area is not the best for applying makeup.

Everything was great! Very clean and a great breakfast as well! Very close to 287 , easy access to highways, and grocery store right around the corner

I didn't always make it down to breakfast before it closed, so maybe make it available a little longer?
