I love the personal touch on the TV. When we walked into the room, it was very clean. The fact that it had a refrigerator and a microwave was amazing, and that helped a lot.

The only thing that I would say I didn't like is that I noticed there were no trash can liners, but that wasn't that big of a deal

Location and nice reception staff. Room was clean and had nice white bedding.

Breakfast area was chaotic, too small an area for the size of hotel. First time I've been to a hotel that doesn't have bread for toast, apparently they dont have a large kitchen. Breakfast server dissappear for about 15 minutes, she left from kitchen door and went to her car to smoke, i was watching her from the window 🤷‍♀️

Checking process. The front desk agent was amazing he listen to my request and gave me a room that matched my expectations, Because of this I felt comfortable and extended my stay to another night.I asked if I can stay in the same room which they facilitate. Shout out to Jameir and winter.

The elevator keeps stopping on thw 3rd floor

Located near all highways, stores and the customer service was fabulous!! The beds were extremely comfortable and even though the hotel was under construction we never heard any noise.

It didn’t have a pool or restaurant.

Really good facilities. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and temperature control was really good. Bathroom was really clean and the shower had hot water and really good amenities. The hotel was quiet, despite being full.

The breakfast was good, but not great. Not great options and ran out of lots of food while sitting there. Would put out just a few of every item despite having a lot of people waiting for food. In our room, the TV was very out of date and small. Had all the channels, but just really blurry compared to 4K. Location was tricky to get in and out of, but was not too much of a bother if we had enough time.

Great breakfast. Room was spotless, (even the rug, which sometimes they feel grimey even at clean hotels. ) Staff was friendly. Walls are very thick. The people next to us were awake conversing at 3:30am and I could only hear them very faintly. Bed and pillow were both very comfy.

Pretty much everything, just the bathtub could of used a bit more cleaning and wondered if the sheets on the bed was even changed because I saw hair on them. That was a bit disturbing. It was late so I didn’t want to make a big fuss.

I was looking forward to having breakfast on the property but everything was completely gone and it was only 9:10am.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the proximity to the bus stop.

We did not like that laundry facilities were broken. The bathroom toilet did not flush well. Took about 7x to flush. The pillows were not comfortable. The outlets in the lamps did not work to charge your electronics.

well I am waiting to see if Laurie gonna solve my issue! I stayed there 1 night not even, and I have three charges to my card adding a total of 391.50 and my stay was supposed to be 124.00. I spoke to someone who say that it was a special charge. I asked for what? I dodo even sleep there I was there from 8-3 I am very confused and waiting to hear from this company.

It was clean comfortable staff was excellent and generous food was great and location as well

Everything was fine
