There are so many good things about this hotel from friendly staff, VERY clean room (the tub actually shined!!l) Prefect amenities and layout of room. I also liked the layout of the lobby. If you are traveling with a group nice areas to gather. Comfortable Bed and pillows - I slept like a baby! The breakfast was very good, I cannot eat gluten, and I had options (yogurt with choice of chopped nuts and dried fruit delish!! )The eggs and sausage were also very good and my favorite Bigelow tea. The breakfast attendant was very nice and kept the breakfast area spotless!! The location is great with The Barn restaurant across the street, Dunkin Donuts next store... and Uber Eats for anything else you need!!

Staff was fantastic, and very helpful. Everything was very clean. Things were organized. Love the early check in and the communication was great.

Not sure if this is fault of booking.com or hotel, but I requested a room away from elevators (for quiet). I was given a room directly across from the elevators. Fortunately, it was a very quiet night and we weren’t disturbed at all. I just wonder what is the point of “requests” if they aren’t followed. It all worked out fine though. Second point would be that the breakfast are could use a microwave. The dry cups of oatmeal would be far better cooked in a microwave, however, the good is that there was a very sufficient selection of food.

Clean area and located in a quiet area. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

We came at a time when the pool was being cleaned, not anyone’s fault. They’re were Tesla supercharger at the back of the hotel, but we’re not working, also not the hotel’s fault.

The location, close to Route 80 is excellent and the diner and restaurant across the street are both good for meals.

The mattress on the bed was very hard. I was glad I was only staying one night at this hotel. There were not many choices for a hot breakfast at this hotel. I just took a coffee and muffin, then had breakfast at the diner across the street instead.

Our breakfasts were great. The girl in charge was so sweet and very efficient.

Our internet service was not working as it should.

We chose the place because of the proximity to the highway. The staff was extraordinarily friendly. All areas looked well maintained. The room was clean and spacious. There were dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash for sustainability. The breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the plant-based options (there was oat milk).

The hotel is beautiful and clean. They provided a variety of food for breakfast and the staff were very nice and helpful

The front desk clerk did not check us out and charge us for another night. I still haven't got my refund after talking to the hotel manager.

It was clean and updated and didn’t smell like cigarette smoke. Also it seemed safe, well lit, etc. The showers were very nice and worked well. Bed was comfortable. TV worked well and plenty of channels. Walls were sound proof, room was quiet.

my back window looked over a train and the highway, not a big deal, but it was the only negative.

Everything was great! Staff very friendly, beds comfortable and plenty of space in the room. Breakfast was convenient and on time. Loved the discount at neighboring restaurant for all guests of the hotel.

Loved everything but was disappointed that the treadmills were out of service.
