It's hard to find a place with three beds (girlfriend, kid and myself) at a decent price, and the 2-bedroom suite was perfect. We were traveling to NJ for my father's interment, and I asked to have access to the suite until 1:00 (normal checkout is 11:00 so my kid, my girlfriend and I could change afterwards before driving back to VA; the staff was able to accommodate us.

Maybe put some liquid creamers as well as powdered creamer with the coffee/tea/sugar/sweetener in the rooms? It wasn't the Hilton. But seriously, it was 1/4 the price of 3 rooms at the Hilton, and there was more in the suite that would have been very helpful if we were staying for more than overnight. It was a great value for a clean safe place I wasn't worried about my kid and girlfriend staying in.

Very unassuming, fairly priced, and perfectly located for transit to and from Newark, Sonesta Suites in Parsippany is a great place to stay with the family. The facilities are clean, the staff is extremely nice, the breakfast is to the point, with many options for kids, and the pool is small, which makes it perfect for kids. We were there in the spring, so everything around us was green and lush. Even though the property is located close to the highway, it's far enough so there is zero noise. Like any suburban area in New Jersey, a car is needed for everything, but surprisingly, walking around the hotel in the morning is very nice. They even let us check out late on our last day.

The only thing is that reception has only one person. The staff is great, but if you get stuck behind a few guests checking in, you can find yourself waiting for a few minutes.

The breakfast was delicious! The first two-bedroom king was beautiful!

After we decided to stay a second night, the second two-bedroom king suite we were assigned to was, SMH-horrible. The refrigerator door looked like someone took a hammer and banged numerous dents in several areas, there was a stain on the rug, missing glasses, cabinets did not close, one bathroom shower floor looked unclean, and the suite smelled. After we alerted the staff that room was not acceptable, their staff was great about taking our disappoint into consideration, and they accommodated us with a discount. As a traveler, I expected all Sonesta suites to live up to the high standards shown in the company's website room photos. However, I was let down to learn that another suite might not be of the highest caliber.

The room was clean and comfortable. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite was fantastic for our family of four. The complimentary breakfast is always great, and there's plenty of parking. This was our second time staying at this location and we'd stay here again.

One of our key cards didn't work, so upon returning to the hotel early in the morning, we had to walk around to the front desk to get it rekeyed. It was freezing outside, but the issue was resolved.

I stayed here to attend New York Fashion Week with my team and this venue was a great option compared to staying in the city. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly. The accommodations were clean and welcoming. I submitted a room request and they were able to fulfill it. I loved having a kitchen! Breakfast was tasty. (The machine made pancakes for us!) I did not use the business center during my stay, but I did catch a glimpse and it was nice.

The room keys deactivate if they get close to your phone. That was a bit annoying because I found it difficult to keep them separate, so I had to see the front desk a couple of times to get the card re-keyed.

Esperanza who looked after the breakfast was a lovely woman and no matter how early, always had a smile!

Our room wasn’t cleaned in two weeks and we had to routinely ask for toilet paper and same if towels were needed. Think they could do with additional cleaners

Good location, clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were nice.

I had a room for 3 people but was only provided enough pillows and towels for 2 people. Had to ask for extras. The phone in the room didn't ring to the front desk. I had to walk all the way in person. The door to the room kept getting stuck and not fit into the frame. You have to push or pull hard for it to close.

We had lots of space and good value, helpful reception and nice outdoor area with a firepit and a basketball court.

The pots and pans were not great and it seems the floors are very thin because we would walk across the floor for 5 seconds and the neighbour below would complain and bang on the ceiling. Also the room keys stopped working a lot for some reason.

Rooms clean, roomy, and comfortable. Clean laundry facilities. The breakfast were decent but typical. Lovely outdoor fire pit and lounging area. Nice pool area.

Hallways a bit noisy hallways, laundry dispenser were empty, pool area could have had longer hours. Weekends breakfast should have extended hours to 11AM.

We had a suite. It was clean and spacious. This was the second time we have stayed there and it didn't disappoint. The grounds are well kept and very peaceful.

The breakfast was a disappointment. The first visit we had the breakfast was delicious. This time it was more vegan oriented with no meat choices.
