I booked a suite, it was very clean and spacious. I came down from NY to go to Wild West City with my mom and sister, the suite was perfect. We had enough room for us all to hangout comfortably and plenty of room for pizza and snacks. The soap and lotions are all dove and smell great! Most hotels have cheap soap and lotions that don’t smell great so that was a pleasant surprise! The heating/cooling for the room worked very well also! The pool and hot tub were great, very clean. Nice big flat screen TVs in the rooms are nice too

I don't like that my room didn't have a microwave it hinders me and inconveniences me to go downstairs. I don't like that breakfast is not included I don't like that there was no lunch served. Meaning from 12-5 you can have nothing to eat I'd desired.

We had a one night stop over to rest on a very stressful move across 3 states, and this was a very convenient and comfortable spot. I loved that they switched to refillable bottles for shampoo and conditioner, etc... sustainable and more comfortable for guests. Great quality for great value. The front desk made an effort to accommodate our situation, and it was very much appreciated 👏 Thank you!!!

My partner and I were driving further north, but we got caught in the snow storm and the roads were very unsafe so we booked the closest hotel to us. This hotel was absolutely perfect, we even decided to extend our stay! The staff were great and very helpful, comfiest bed and pillows. I honestly can’t fault the hotel at all, great location for different towns for shopping and food.

Breakfast buffet was excellent.

I could only get a room with two queen beds instead of a room with just one king size bed because the first night was a weekend night. I couldn't change the room to a room with a king size bed for the following nights as the reservation was booked through booking.com instead of directly with the hotel.

We have stayed here a couple times, we have friends close by. Our reservation included breakfast buffet. The buffet is quite good including omelets made to order. Great location easy access to Rt 80. Room was clean

The only negative was our HVAC unit..it kept cycling off and on all night and it sounded like a coffee grinder. It kept waking me up.

The bar and breakfast were excellent. The room was spacious and the staff professional. The location being close to major highways was a benefit, but see below no real services readily at hand.

Parking was barely adequate, and the location was difficult to find. There was also no restaurant in the local vicinity. You are literally in the middle of no where.

Amenities and sit down breakfast buffet were just what we needed to relax and start the next day of our journey.

The cleaning smells. The hall and some had a lot of perfume the seamed to come from the cleaning of carpets. The room had some lingering but did not trigger my asthma this trip.

Clean rooms and common areas. Friendly staff. Breakfast excellent with lots of options.

Slow service at lounge bar to order food and drinks. Some days had to wait 30mins for service. Probably time of year is slow and less staff on but was annoying.
