For many, many years we, my brother and I, would stay at the Extended Stay in Budd Lake. Our mother was living in an assisted living community in Mount Olive, so we wanted a place to stay nearby. The Days Inn is so much cleaner and quieter than the Extended Stay.

For the price...really nothing. It is fully understood that a hot breakfast cannot be expected at the bargain rate of Days Inn. The only disappointment was the coffee. It seemed very watery. I prefer a bolder coffee.

I liked almost everything, very clean, cleaning on time, no foreign smells, we will definitely be back…

Breakfast is poor, despite the scarcity of breakfast, there is a guy who works there, he introduced himself as Kim, but this may not be true, as he constantly provides incorrect information and then he can change back what he said in his favor. A very greedy type who sits and counts how much you ate and how much water, tea you drank, I will tell you this is not very pleasant, we have never felt so disadvantaged .... So it would be possible to put 10k for the hotel, but he spoils everything, thinking about him, he doesn’t even want to return to this hotel ...

Very friendly and helpful staff, very accessible

Saw spider webs at corner walls of my room, the walls are thin so I could clearly hear the people next door. My only two complaints but the stay was rather good.

It was fine. Just enough variety for what we needed.

Taking a shower was dangerous. The tub was slippery. should have some kind of rubber mat or texturing in the tub itself. Tv remote was confusing. There should be some simple written instructions for basic use. We are 79 years old.

Room was spotlessly clean! Beds were supportive but soft. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was easy to find, and parking was ample.

Only possible improvement on this stay would involve hot food for the free breakfast, but that's it. This was really a great place to stay.

They went above and.beyond to help me. We had just been Screwed over by another hotel that gave away the room I paid for. So the employee here at your hotel did everything he could for us to make sure we had a great experience here.

The guys that work the front desk are Very nice and polite. I liked that they made an effort to give me a room on the Top floor and away from noise. I'm a light sleeper and everything wakes me up. I also like that Housekeeping didn't pound on my door like most do. They knocked very lightly and politely.

My room appeared to be very clean however I got a lot of mite bites (huge welts) on my legs and stomach the first night. When I told front desk staff they said that they would change everything in the room. I then stayed there on a second occasion, like a week later, asked for the same room, and Again got mite (welts) bites on my legs and stomach. Mites, like dust mites or other type are invisible to the human eye, I looked through all layers, down to the mattress and saw nothing. I would stay in this hotel again but get a different room next time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable!

The coffee (both in room and in the cafe) was terrible. They need to switch brands!
