The location is amazing, you have so much at close proximity. The hotel itself is currently going through renovations, everything feels new. The staff is nice. The complementary weekend breakfast was great!

Unable to utilize amenities due to construction and renovations. The mattress’s are uncomfortable. Being that the property is currently under renovations breakfast should be complimentary every day, not just weekends. There should be signage in regards to breakfast charge on week days.

Room was very, very clean and very spacious. Loved that it had coffee maker, a fridge and microwave. Also loved the grab bars in bathroom and shower. And loved the power shades and room darkening shade, very nice.

The elevator was very slow. Room was very far from elevator and front door and being handicapped made for too long a walk to get back and forth to car.

The room was exceptionally quiet - I am used to hearing people in the halls or next door rooms, but I did not hear anyone.

There was a musty smell in the halls and room - once I acclimated to it, I didn't notice it but it was very noticeable at first.

It was clean, the staff were very helpful. During the IT outage, they were awesome walking everyone to their rooms until keys could be made.

The pillows were bad, almost instantly flat the moment you put your head on them

We were downstairs sitting getting coffee at 7 am - the bar area is right there - with a lot of STAINLESS STEEL refridgerators - which you can see - THIS AREA - the finger prints ON the area where you put liquor and the stainless refridge LOOKED LIKE IT WASNT cleaned in a week. We decided not to eat at the breakfast area.

Breakfast was good but didn’t know it wasn’t included.

After a late check in, our toilet was clogged and there was no maintenance staff to fix it. The remote for the tv was broken. They offered another room but I was already in bed.

The location was very close to the mall. There were a variety of restaurants. The facility has a very nice decor..

I love when a hotel has a warm cookie and lemon water as a welcome.

Bed was comfortable and clean.

Handicapped roll-in shower unsuitable. No stationary bench. Guest does not get washed in a metal wheelchair. Portable bench provided was too small and tipsie. Tile on bathroom floor was too large and slippery, thus unsuitable for a handicapped person.

Good for dogs. Walkable to a mall and several restaurants, although sidewalks are sparse. Seemed like a good gym, pool, business center although I didn't use them. Room was big and clean, although showing some age.

Nothing really stands out. The staff was serviceable and everything seemed to be running smoothly, but I wouldn't say they were 'warm'.

The location, rooms were nice size, everything was clean, staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that breakfast cost an extra fee, the beds were too soft for me.
