Breakfast was pretty good, not a huge selection, but everything seemed fresh. Good dark roast coffee. Fairly large parking lot that had ample parking spaces that weekend. Picture of room matched the room we got.

The price could have been a little better and the scent of whatever cleaner was used to clean the room was a bit overpowering for our liking. Would suggest (a) more natural type cleaner(s), believe this one had some essential extracts or oils in it that left a lasting scent impression and the windows don't open to allow some fresh air in. Unfortunately, the combo air conditioner/heating unit did nothing to clear out the scent.

Good location for day trips to region. Clean room with fridge and microwave in room.

The pool was closed. Selected hotel for breakfast inclusion and pool for kids to use. Breakfast options were limited to packaged baked goods and cereal.

Excellent breakfast, fantastic shampoo/condition in shower by Zero% , clean, accommodating staff.

The entrance was odd. The pillows were very flat, the pool was not in service.

The breakfast was great.

Everyone was friendly, we misplaced a key it was easy to get a replacement. Love the poop bag dispensers and receptacles

I understand they were renovating but it was hard to find the breakfast

When I walked in, the lady at the desk greeted me with a warm smile. She was very friendly. Also helped keep the fact that we were staying there a surprise to my son. Loved the breakfast especially as I was with my 7 year old son. He got to make his own waffle and that alone was a special treat. The toppings were his favorites. Well done make it family friendly.

As much as I loved having coffee available at all times, it would have been nice to have hot coffee. Once it was so lukewarm I had to use the microwave. BUT, that really wasn't too much of an issue. I don't know how how other guests might feel.

Decent breakfast buffet, meat, bread, egg, juice, yogurt and pastry( 1 of each kind). Homemade waffles and the French toast sticks were delicious! Location is right of i80 very convenient! Could use little updating tho especially for the price but definitely not a bad stay.

I will definitely recommend it to others and plan to book for my future visits to Denville-Rockaway. The location is fantastic, and the breakfast is excellent.

Everything was so nice and clean. Staff was great. The price was great. Will use again when up that way.

Frustrated with booking.com that when I was given the choice to pay immediately or pay when I arrived I chose to pay when I arrived yet when I did arrive they told me you had already taken my money which was not what I agreed to. I have already stayed at Hampton Inn so I already knew what to expect I didn’t expect you to take my money when I said I wanted to pay when I arrived.
