Good choices.Clean. Good service.How bout pancake machine over the messy but very delicious waffle machine.......but you need two like you had before. Maybe 2/3 months ago on that stay. Good coffee. James at the front desk was particularly good and helpful. 5 stars for him. Felica the morning cook is very good on the handling of food. When she is there not there it is a big disappointment.

Indoor pool that can be used year round.

Easy to get to from the interstate and lots of food options around town. Easy check in and clean rooms. Didn’t use the pool but it looked wonderful. Dog friendly with lots of bag stations too.

We were at the end of the hallway by the stairs and the emergency exit and kept getting startled by the door slamming behind people coming in and out of the stairwell.

James at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Location is close to Walmart and other shopping. There is a Cracker barrel restaurant right on the premises. The oatmeal for breakfast was a great consistency. Lots of fresh fruit. Had a nice spread. The room was very comfortable and cozy.

There were some less than thoughtful guests talking too loud in the hallway opening and closing doors but they eventually settled down. That wasn't any fault of the hotel.

The staff was very friendly.

Where we had to park at the side of the hotel was pretty trashy. I understand hotels aren't cleaning and restocking rooms as frequently. It was extremely hot and humid outside, so we took extra showers. It would have been nice to have at least clean towels every day. I don't care that rooms aren't cleaned everyday, but I would like clean linens in the bathroom. Hate that only light roast coffee is available. We are a dark roast family!

The price was good but a perk for us for being able to plug in our car (a hybrid/plug in) to charge overnight without an additional charge.

In our bathroom the dispenser for the body lotion had not been cleaned and had dried liquid from a previous guests use still on the pump sticking out. It certainly wasn't something I wanted to use nor felt it was my job to fix it.

Very clean and spacious facility. Breakfast was good, and the lady helping there went the extra mile.

Long wait times at front desk. EV charging required staff to physically come to activate charging equipment. At least one staff member was clearly not pleased to have to perform this chore. Keybcards kept getting deactivated, requiring even more.tiem.wasted at the lackadaisical front desk. Front desk quality should drastically improve

We are attending a wedding and the hotel was in proximity to the event which was extremely helpful. We did not spend much time at the hotel but the time we did spend there everything was lovely. The room was very nice very comfortable. We did not stay for breakfast, but it looked like a very nice buffet that was offered.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

Most things: the friendly staff, the comfy beds, the cleanliness, location near shop and restuarant.

The poor or non existent choice of gluten free food at breakfast. I had to make do on Yogurt and an omelette ... unlike last week when there was Bananas, fruit salad and hot potato and sausage meat.

Did not like booking outsourced to outside company. Was unable to contact hotel directly. There was confusion ovdr bill and outsourced company slow to respond. Kt all worked out eventually.A

Breakfast, friendly, responsive staff. Comfortable beds. Non-smoking rooms. Great location close to shopping. Love the bathroom soap and shampoo etc. dispensers. Refrigerator!

Keys that stop working. Ran out of coffee too often. Trash cans in the room too small.
