It’s very nice. Aesthetically pleasing, neat.

The heater/air conditioning was not fabulous. It got too hot. We had to turn on air conditioning. So we had to keep adjusting the temp in the room. Breakfast could be better - eggs are obviously a powdered type of product, my husband said the toaster was slow and had to wait a long time and there was a line forming, he said some of the bread was stale or close to being stale.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Our room was perfect for me and my family. There were great positive quotes on a few of the walls of the hotel that made us smile. The breakfast was very nice- lots of options. my kids loved the waffles. The indoor pool was warm and our family had so much fun swimming swimming there!

Maybe some bacon at breakfast?

Right upon check in I was treated like a guest and was made to feel comfortable. Gracious checked me in after I needed to leave another hotel due to guests across the hall partying too loud. Gracious checked in with me a few times over the course of my stay to see if I needed anything. I appreciated her level of customer service as well as everyone at the hotel I encountered. Thank you Gracious for turning a negative experience into a positive! Breakfast was good, coffee was great. Room was comfortable and most of all QUIET!

The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner

Beautiful decore for the holiday season and hot chocolate and cookie ready in the lobby were just what was needed as we checked in on the cold night and again with the snow in the morning. Excellently managed! Snow was removed and no ice!

Nothing at all!

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was kept full at all times. Spilled cereal was quickly cleaned up. Nice bathroom and shower. The front desk clerk texted me shortly after getting to our room to make sure everything was good.

Entrance from main street. Could not get across the road fast enough to turn in the driveway so we had had to do a 5 minute detour each time.

Breakfast was good but not very hot. Staff was very friendly and accommodating both in the dining area and front desk. The battery died in our door lock which required a maintenence man who was great.

The lack of ice or broken ice machines on multiple floors. Seems like none worked.

I can honestly state that this was one of the finest stays we've had. We travel a lot and this hotel was far and above most all of the places we've stayed at. The room was wonderful. Temperature was most satisfying. The cleanliness was perfect. The staff treated us wonderfully. There was some type of reunion going on and the staff member at the desk made it a point to give us a quiet room away from the group that was in the reunion.

The breakfast was a wee bit below of perfect. Mainly it was the eggs. They seemed dry. This though did not change all of the positives that we experienced. Besides this, all else was up to par. We'd definitely would stay at this hotel again:)

Friendly staff during checking knew about area when asked about. Rooms were clean and big for two people. Breakfast was good

When you come off highway from far left lane you have to immediately get in right lane to turn right into hotel parking.

Difficult to get to from a highway. Can’t cross 3 lanes of traffic to the entrance from the merge ramp Parking, building, all first class.

Location was great! It was close to our event. Staff was friendly & helpful. Hotel & room was very clean.

Only had 2 towels in bathroom.
