We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. The lush greenery and beautiful garden made the surroundings peaceful and refreshing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The only downside was that it’s far from New York Center (1,5 hour drive) which may not be ideal for those wanting quick access to the city. Otherwise, very good hotel.

When we pulled up till it seem like just a little cottage in the middle of nowhere with glowing trees, as if it was Christmas in the middle of nowhere, it was already breathtaking. Once we walked inside, we were pleasantly greeted by Miss Erika. Who is the manager at the front desk and Wayne, they were warm, kind accommodating and extremely helpful. What I loved about. It was how quaint it was there’s a live DJ that plays which we actually had no idea about and we’re told is bumping on most nights, so if you’re ready to party that’s the place there was actually a wedding going on that weekend however it was with the exception of the front Dess. We wouldn’t have known pretty quiet and it’s almost like an a separate building. I think we didn’t get to eat at the restaurant, but the food smelled so good. The bartender was very kind. He told us that, although we missed dinner, we could still order dessert and we can have drinks. It was about 10 o’clock. It looks identical to the pictures! Parking is very close valet is only 10 dollars!! Incidentals are 100 a night. Water is provided in the room and coffee is free as is ice water downstairs. The restaurant outside is a whole vibe Instagram worthy. We will be back

I would’ve loved if they had a pool. However, they did have a spa. We did not utilize it because we only stayed the night. However, the next time that we go will definitely add take more time to look around. They do anything from blowout, manicure and pedicure waxing I think it’s full service.

Hotel looks nice from the outside, like a castle. Trees are light as if its still Christmas. Very good for photos. Staff is very accommodating and helpful.

The close parking spot to the hotel are ALL valet and can only be used by people who valet. If you don't valet have a good pair of shoes with you. We called the front desk several times but found it to be easier to take the elevator back downstairs to get them for help. The A/C in the room wasn't working so swapping rooms at midnight to get a more comfortable space didn't go over to well with my co-worker. Then we had to swap the fridge from the old room as the one in the new room was malfunctioning. The showers are small and tight. No microwave in the rooms so you have to ask the kitchen staff at the restaurant or the front desk which has access to one.

It is just a wonderful hotel. I absolutely loved the toiletries. Very clean and beautifully furnished.

I was hoping to take some prom pictures for my daughter in the Park Chateau but was chased away by security. It appears that the Park Chateau and the Chateau Grand Hotel are two separate propertie which I was not aware since on the the Park Chateau webpage there is a link to the Chateau Grand Hotel (CG Hotel). My daughter was a little disappointed and the security personnel was not very professional which kind of spoiled her day. But the hotel itself is wonderful!

It is a gorgeous property with beautiful trees. At night, the trees are all lit up and it is magical. There is a restaurant on site as well as a bar. There’s also a small Starbucks in the lobby, which was convenient. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Nice bathroom set up.

It is a beautiful wedding destination. So bring a white noise app or earplugs to drown out the party revelers as they return to their rooms in the middle of the night.

N/A - didn't have breakfast

The only hiccup we had was we couldn't get the lights to work in the bathroom and we called down to the front desk -- they explained that you'd needed to insert your room key card into a slot by the room entrance, LOL. Problem was solved easily! But perhaps inform people when checking in or place a label on the back of the room door with instructions for getting the lights to work.

I enjoyed the room and safety of the property. The bed linen smelled fresh and the organic cotton towels were magnificent!

I would have preferred to be up a little higher to enjoy the view of the property. I notice that alot when booking from Bookings.com the hotels tend to give you a not so good view. Also, I am not too sure but it seems the smoke detector possibly may have been a camera. (But that's my opinion)

The property is beautiful. A luxury property in an unexpected place. The staff was prompt and attentive, especially the wait staff in the lobby bar/restaurant. And the piano player is absolutely outstanding. Worth going there just for dinner!

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor quite substantially despite the door seal being closed and intact. I used almost all the towels to soak it up. It needs to be looked at.

Room amenities were within our exceptions. We had dinner onsite at Orchard Park. The food was outstanding and the service was exceptional! In addition, the following day we had a couples massage at Bliss Salon which is also located onsite.

No complaints!

- Beautiful wedding venue, comfortable bed and pillows, nice size room. - Very nice brunch

- The shower was terrible. Droplets of water. Disappointing for the price. (Room #223). - Too much noise in the hallways. Cleaning staff literally shouting woke me up at 8am on a Sunday after a wedding…and I am not a light sleeper. I had to get up and tell them to “lower the volume”.
