The Front Desk staff be it Nikunj, Drashti and all.... they are superb, extremely customer centric with shining smile. Talking specifically about Nikunj/Drashti... they never let us feel we were first time in USA and they are doing their jobs... but they actually make us felt as if we were their relatives and paying visit at their own home.... Excellent they are...

Breakfast..... we felt as if this was one of the tick mark activities done by hotel because it was part of package... how can you keep serving the same items in same fashion daily??? we stayed for almost 20 days.... can we eat the same thing for so many days....

The room was very clean, comfortable, and very stylish. Much more than I expected. Even the shower was amazing due to great water pressure and wonderful shower head with messaging-like water flow. A very pleasurable stay for the money.

The only complaint was, despite stating our double occupancy room was going to have 4 guests, there were only 3 bath towels, 3 coffee cups, and 2 coffee packs (decaffeinated for morning brew doesn't count).

Clean, comfortable, offered breakfast.

They're still signs that say ice machine but the machines have been removed. If you are not going to have them on every floor at least take the sign down or better yet put a sign up and tell me where the ice is located. It would also be nice to have ice at breakfast maybe ice machine should be located in the breakfast room?

The housekeeping was so adorable the only thing I didn't like about the whole hotel was the breakfast the mandarins was nasty, damage fruits. The waffle mashing was hard to used because was damage. But after that we love everything about the hotel. Thanks to the other staff. Front desk and housekeeping

I made a mistake during booking and forgot to reserve a handicap room for my wife. When I arrived, a woman, who may have been the general manager went over and above to help us secure the needed room. Looks like new owners have renovated and modernized the facility. Very clean and the staff were excellent.

There was nothing that I did not like during my stay.

This was a wonderful experience. The young ladies at the front desk very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Our room was comfortable and we did enjoy the coffee and breakfast. The room and hotel clean. We were very satidfied.

Everything was fine.

Staff was amazing. Breakfast selection was perfect. Beds were comfy. Stayed 3 nights and they cleaned the roomed every morning. Water shower pressure was amazing. A/C and heat worked. I slept like a King. This was a great stay for the price. Oh and there's a Hooters connected to it.

The bath tub didn’t unclog

it was conviently located. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were very well kept by the staff.

No security guards and I had to pay day by day because I didn’t know if I would be able to get assistance from anyone. Upon checking out I asked if I could have the weekly rate and they said NO they we’re booked yet when I came on line, there are rooms! So yeah, they screwed me!!!
