we loved the conciege lounge and the food/drinks and tv there, the space was excellent, relaxing, the grounds were very nice to walk and secluded, quiet, staff very responsive and personable, overall our stay wasbetter than most, one I would want to use again if needed

the location was too isolated and it would be helpful if there is a path we can walk to the mall near by for food and shopping easily, the printe in the lounge was not working, if staff can check the food/drinks in the concierge that would be nice as sometimes one item is all taken, or removed or out by the time we got there

Great location and very quiet

The breakfast was a bit limited, there was not many varieties and there was no beans to go with the breakfast . To stay for 9 nights and have basically the same breakfast with limited option the whole time, without much variety is unacceptable.

The rooms are very spacious, the beds were neatly made. The facilities are clean, love the smell of the hand pump and shower gelsoaps in the bathroom. Very clean hotel room.. The staff was friendly and answer all my questions. Very comfortable most of all I love the beds they are so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and surely will come back .Everything was great no complaints at all it was just great

Everything is clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff - including the staff in the restaurant - made me feel welcome. 

The linens on the king-size bed seem to have been made for a queen size bed. The bottom sheet did not reach under the mattress, the top sheet was similarly narrow, and the blanket didn't even reach the side edge. While the hotel has a whole seemed in good shape, the elevator was really showing its age and looked shabby. The only choices for the coffee maker were three items for decaf coffee. No regular coffee. No tea.

Breakfast was not that great. The restaurant/bar was very good.

My only critique is that the pool water and the pool area were too hot. Also the air conditioning in our room was too cold even though we kept turning it down. As a result my husband ended up with a bad cold when we got home.

I liked the property, and I enjoyed the fact that it was surrounded by woods and not too far from the main road. The view from my room was beautiful. You could see the little creek. Overall, I would definitely come back soon. And the price the night I stayed at was very decent.

I loved everything about my stay, from the nice front desk associates, nice security to the restaurant staff. it was so convenient and the hotel has everything you need. full restaurant,full bar and entertainment. the rooms were spotless and ugh i will stay here again. came for my birthday and had no regrets

1. Location was awesome for our purposes 2. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was great. 3. Front desk professionals were friendly, efficient, and helpful 4. Very peaceful and professional atmosphere.

The primary reason we selected this hotel was for the swimming pool for the kids. We had a famliy event to attend in the area and the kids remaining behind were to go swimming. The only problem being, the pool was closed that day for maintenance, something that should have been kown.

I enjoyed my stay. The Room was comfortable, staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful inside.

My only complaint would be that the parking lot is too far from the front door and not lit up enough. The hotel is surrounded by a wooded area so more lights would be nice.

The manger herself was nothing but amazing with a great personality and willing to help in any way she can this was our second stay at this location and I would highly recommend this hotel thank you Jennifer for your amazing hospitality during our stay
