Typical mid-level Hyatt Regency with good facilities and professional staff. We were there for a dinner gala also run by the hotel which was great. I was particularly impressed with the fact that an employee (still unknown) found my computer bag in the parking lot and returned it to our room. I thanked the front desk staff but they couldn't figure out who had done the good deed. But we know it was a hotel employee (or a couple of them since the bag was missing for 6 hours).

The hotel is not near anything walkable. If it's not in the hotel you have to drive to it. The value for money at the breakfast, especially the buffet is a bit lacking.

My stay at your hotel was wonderful. What a beautiful place and the rooms were comfortable enough for me and my husband and my two boys to stay in with 2 double beds. Having the balcony that overlooked the interior was a very nice touch! I would especially like to recognize some of your wait staff. My youngest son and I are early risers and went down to breakfast alone while my husband and other son slept in. Breakfast was complimentary with our stay and we weren’t exactly sure how that worked for a sit down severed breakfast. We had an incredibly patient server named Erin who graciously gave us a breakdown and took our order. From there she was perfectly attentive (not overly but just perfectly!) and even explained how the vouchers for my husband and other son who were still sleeping would work and how they could be used. We had the Belgium waffle and I had to say they were THE BEST waffles we had ever had! And my son LOVES waffles and fruit! I would also like to recognize Balmy… our bus person. He asked me if I wanted a coffee to go and one for my husband as well to eat him up and moving.. haha… very, very nice. They even offered us bottles of water to go! What a perfect start to our morning! Thank you so much! We were in town for my daughter’s dance competition at Notre Dame High School and it makes for long stressful days so if we are ever I town again we will DEFINITELY stay with you again!

The noise while we were trying to sleep. Ty ere we’re a lot of people in the bar restaurant area and we had a balcony overlooking it. There must have been a lot of college students around and it was difficult to sleep with chairs being dragged across floor and people’s voices traveling into our room. My husband and I woke up multiple times through out the night due to the noise. We would definitely stay at your hotel again but would probably get a room without the balcony.

Staff was overall really helpful. Particularly Haydi and Erin at the restaurant. We loved the courtyard atmosphere and our room was good. It was in a good location for a family - no neighbor on one side and top floor so it wasn't loud.

The pool was not as clean as it could be and there were no towels when we got there which was tough with kids. We also booked a room with a pull out sofa for our kids and there were no extra sheets or blankets for it. It took over 2 hours and 3 phone calls to the front desk to get anything and when we got it it was a flat sheet and one very thin blanket. This caused some overtired kids and frustrated parents.

I liked this hotel! Impressive lobby with a very beautiful restaurant and the bar in the middle with the waterfalls and fish pound. Working area in a lobby is nice. The room is big and clean, very calm. Huge swimming pool Good Breakfast for $27

Breakfast is $27 for buffet and it was ok, however, coffee is not included... Air condition is old, so make sure you keep it on less then 69 degrees. I stayed for one night and checkout is at 12 PM. However, room service checked if I'm still there for a couple of times after 10am even I still had 2 hours. This was confusing and disturbing. Why to do that is guest didn't checkout?

This Hyatt Regency is in a convenient location close to Princeton University and beautiful downtown Princeton. Its modern interior with a beautiful atrium is quite stunning when you walk in. We stayed here in our way up to Martha’s Vineyard and ended up booking it again on our way back. The rooms were clean and roomy and we really enjoyed or return stay in a room with an atrium balcony. Staff was friendly and efficient. The biggest surprise was the dining room. We ended up having dinner on our return stay because it was extremely hot out and we were exhausted from our drive. The food was excellent. One of the best meals we had on our entire trip! Although the restaurant is open and quite large it still had an intimate feel to it while dining. Service was wonderful and food was beyond our expectations.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about this property.

We loved not having to leave the hotel. We swam, ate dinner, enjoyed the live music at the bar and relaxed in our room. The staff was very friendly, especially at the restaurant.

The pool ran out of towels and the door was often stuck, causing us to wait outside of the pool until someone could help us. This happened more than once. I also would’ve liked more kid-friendly food available. The restaurant was very accommodating but there wasn’t much my kids would eat for dinner or dessert in the whole hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, pool, restaurant, and courtyard are probably the nicest I've ever experienced. They also have a comedy club I unfortunately did not make it to. I'll definitely make a show next time as I definitely plan on returning.

The only thing I can say here is I did not get a complimentary breakfast. But with all the other sites and amenities I'm fine with that personally.

The Bar and the Food were great, clean and the Bartender was so exceptional!

In my room, the refrigerator was terrible. It was warm, so my drinks wouldn't get cold. We called for maintenance, and to my understanding, that is the proper setting for the fridge. I was disappointed. If you don't have a microwave for the food, you could at least invest in decent refrigerators to keep my drinks cold.

Room and facility were clean, artistic and comfortable. Small market was convenient and employee was helpful. Location was good, near amtrak, once we figured out how to get there.

We pulled off on Carnegie Center Rd and could not find the hotel. Go to Alexander instead. We were not told that there were 2 sets of elevators and couldnt find our room until housekeeping routed us to the other side of the hotel.

Even though it is not a small hotel, it felt cosy. The staff at the bar & breakfast were a lovely bunch, very friendly. The food for dinner was yummy (for a hotel). The room was spacious, the bed comfy. The little coffee shop came in handy.

The staff at reception was not at its best. When I arrived, there was no real friendly welcome. When I left, the staff gave me a feeling that they were still very tired. As a guest, I actually do not care (even as a person I do). That you can handle definitely better. The other thing: the windows were quite dirty from the outside (and no, that was not because of Canadian wildfires :) ...)
