Spacious room with everything you need, great facilities (lovely pool, gym, bbq) and the staff were really helpful. It was much nicer than we expected for a side of the road place! Looked like it was great for families - we saw lots of big groups enjoying the pool and bbq, it was a nice vibe.

The breakfast was ok, it was nice that you can grab stuff to take back to your room but it means it's all pretty low quality stuff and it's a bit of a free for all with kids running around putting 15 pieces of toast on their plates etc. But still perfectly edible and a decent selection.

We stayed at the suites for 17 nights and this cost £3000 plus however, I was disappointed that Sonesta could not offer me a once-a-week free laundry service of $9 when I asked the Sales Director. I am really disappointed, I would not recommend it. We were also not happy with the kitchen service. It opens 7am to 9am. And once it is 9am, the door is closed. We were in the kitchen a few times at 8.48am and when certain food items are finished, the kitchen staff would refuse to refill them because its 9am the kitchen is closed. But were we already in the kitchen before 9am. It could have been a better experience. We had to get staff at the reception involved to resolve this.

I love that there are two separate rooms. I am very appreciative of there being a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher, sink, and two burners. The Wi-Fi is strong enough for both me and my husband to be online at the same time. The new mattresses and pillows are great!

There used to be a couple of potholders and one or two dish towels, which really are necessary for those of us who make use of the wonderful kitchenette. I hope it was just an oversight in this room and that they've not eliminated these kitchen requirements.

The gentleman at the front desk was the best!! He was professional and personable. I wish I knew his name. He was a new employee in his late twenties with dark hair.

It was ridiculous to have to pay an additional parking fee!! It really is a total turn off and definitely makes the owners sound unbelievably cheap. If money is so tight they should raise the room rate by 5$ a night. This area is a sprawling suburban area not a big city like NY or Phila where a parking fee is expected. Shame on the owners for this embarrassment on their part!

Our room was comfortable and roomy, breakfast was delicious and the machine that made your pancakes automatic was interesting. Everything was great! I definitely would return.

Actually to sum up my complaint with one of the staff member on the phone was unprofessional and rude. She didn't provide information when the Sonesta ES Suites was not in business, could have explained that 3min. down the highway is another location which is where my reservation was at. She used Profanity and hang the phone up on me. It was 10/12/24 @7:30pm,

Comfortable bed & good towel service. Quality Cuisinart pot for cooking & solid dishes for dining. Decent breakfast.

Strange living room furniture that didn't fit in; backless mini stool for an office chair & worn out wooden side table as a coffee table. Vinyl sofa, armchair, & cushions. Missing a luggage rack. Ant traps, indicating a pest problem on the ground floor. No elevators.

Very, very nice reception the room is exactly like pictured with all of the things you need kitchen pots pans soap, extra towels, spacious, and recently renovated. More like an apartment they even give you a laundry basket. Host was very accommodating to my family situation. He even gave us some extra food because we were fasting.

It is a little bit more than a normal hotel room, but you get what you pay for. The square footage is like 2 to 3 times a normal room.

What a gem in the middle of nowhere. I am a woman traveling alone and needed a place to stop at on my way from NYC to Philadelphia. And what a pleasant surprise to find this place. I almost wished I could stay longer! The rooms are huge and have everything you could possibly need. Clean and Classy! Will definitely stay here again.

Super difficult to find the rooms, especially at night as nothing is clearly marked . They need SIGNS. Preferably Light Deflecting signs for night time. Signs clearly stating which building is which. My room was in building 7 and finding building 7 alone was a mess. It wasn’t just me there were other groups of travelers running back and forth, their heavy suitcases in tow. It was like land of the zombies -total confusion! Other than that everything was just perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

There were 4 of us traveling. It was nice to have a suite, with 2 BR and baths. The kitchen was nice, if we had needed to cook. The pool area looked nice, but was closed, of course. There were grills available by the pool. Breakfast was decent. Almond milk was available, as were a couple of GF options. Turkey bacon and sausage were also available.

Parking fee (ridiculous, given the location). Needed more staff at the front desk. No elevators to the second level.

Organized and clean. Good facility.

A gentleman came into clean the vents in our room unannounced. We walked and he had started working on drilling and dust was everywhere. He said he didn't know people were there but our bags were all over the place. You'd think he'd ask if he saw all our things. Front desk didn't give a response to this. Our things had to be rinsed.
