Loved the GM Javier and his staff the always had a smile on there face and he personally went above and beyond for me and my guest when we tried to check-in for my 10 day stay. The fitness room area was top notch with state of the art equipment, pool area clean and safe with fresh towels daily ( I did't have to take from my room they are kept by the pool). Bartender Nick was awsome and makes great drinks. Location was awsome a lot of local establishments with great food and ambiance.

The parking is crazy $30 a day and you cant come in and out as necessary and street parking is you have to pay hourly but customers at the resturant across the street get to park in the parking lot for free? Now when Im looking for a spot there is not one available because of the resturant.

I chose this hotel for its location. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the train with direct access to Penn Station. The hotel isn’t particularly attractive from the outside, but the interior is surprisingly upscale looking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and appeared to be remodeled. Nice view of the city from my window which I was not charged extra for. Bed was comfortable.

Would have appreciated a voucher for my family who parked their car at the hotel when they came to visit me. Was not overnight, only for a couple of hours.

Staff was very friendly and responsive. Loved being able to text front desk and get quick requests answered. My request for a room close to the elevator was met. Hotel is well maintained and nice lobby area. While they are not aesthetically pleasing, the hotel puts large boxes w/ garbage bags along the hallways. (Not sure if this is just done when there are dance conventions and a lot of families w/ kids in the rooms). This is fantastic for people to get rid of food/garbage from their rooms since the small trash cans never fit those things and no one likes walking past discarded food trays in the halls.

They need to figure out the restaurant situation. This is my second year staying there. Breakfast grab and go is fine and met our needs. But I met a friend at 12:30 for lunch in restaurant and we were just about the only ones there. Still took a while to place and order and get food. Cobb Salad was depressingly bad chicken was dry and cold, avocado was hard. Husband and son ate there at dinnertime and it took forever for chicken fingers and a a burger (although those were very good when served). Many other guests were complaining about how long it took to get food or even a drink. It felt understaffed even though the hotel knew they'd have hundreds present for a convention. On the plus side staff was very nice and trying hard.

The stay was excellent. The room was spacious and quiet. The pool and gym were well stocked and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff second to none. TV selection was great especially when it was pouring outside. It was great to be back in New Brunswick for a dinner, a show and a stay at the Hyatt.

The shower pressure on the 6th floor. Could use an inhouse restaurant, not just a bar grill. A microwave in room would also be nice. Some atmosphere in the lobby - piano player or other musician.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable and clean.

No mention of construction being mentioned prior to booking. Originally I was put on a floor where construction was said to be done from 9 am to 9pm. I requested a room on a floor where there was no construction and this was accommodated with no problem. Grab and go breakfast is mentioned but there really is none. I was looking for yogurt or fruit which is common at other hotels I have stayed at. Parking is not included in room reservation.

Breakfast was overpriced and basic. Omellettes seem like they were rushed .. I should’ve went to Dunkin doughnuts.. would’ve been full for less

Food was cheap tasting ( oatmeal was good), quoted 27 per person for basic oatmeal and paper thin omelette.. then hidden fees and tips.. spend $80 for 2 people on oatmeal, coffee and an omelette (omelette was terrible and stuffed with air )

Very clean, well designed, aesthetically pleasing.

No real blanket on bed - thin sheets sort of mimicking a duvet but very very thin layer between. I happen to have brought a blanket from home which was lucky bc there were no extra blankets in the room. Our phone didn’t work so couldn’t really call down. Only found out next day there is a text # on the room key. Pricing for food at restaurant was expensive. Food was good, but when traveling w young kids $18 chicken tenders & fries is too much.

I love the gorgeous view from the balcony. I also loved the comfy mattress and spacious design.

I wish the towels were just a bit bigger\softer. My partner would like fluffier blankets and the option of a firmer pillow.

I likedlmost everything!! I had a great stay!! I enjoyed the living space, the layout n the staff was very kind n helpful!! N the local food places were so good n a good walking distance!! I also enjoyed the living room area, it was a nice feeling to be able to eat in a comfy area not a bed.

I hated how expensive parking was, I paid alot for my room but breakfast n Parking prices were outrageous, $22 per day n per person n $25 a day for parking.......CRAZY ........ Besides that I enjoyed everything, the only other things I didn't like were personal preferences like pillows were to soft or the shower was 2 small n 2 close to the toilet, as a plus sized person the bathroom was a bit difficult to navigate n to do hygiene correctly, but that's probably something they can't help n I understand that, big person living in a small world I'm use to it 😅

The hotel was amazing, the ballrooms were big, and the restaurant was pretty The front staff was nice and even though I was not informed of the deposit they were nice about explaining it so I understood that I would get it back as soon as I checked out or by 3 days later

The bathroom door was cute but it was not suitable for number 2 situations lolll sorry but it is true.
