The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The rates were reasonable. I always appreciate a nice breakfast included and this one was fine.

Our bathroom sink didn’t drain well. It backed up and drained very slowly. There were refillable shampoo, conditioner and body lotion dispensers in the bathroom, which I thoroughly support cutting out plastic waste, but they were all empty. Otherwise the bathroom was clean and spacious.

The location was perfect. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Would have liked more coffee to be made available (one carafe goes quickly in the breakfast area). Would have liked a decaf option available in the evening. Needed better shower curtain coverage. Bathroom was clean but aged with stains.

The room I booked has a hot tub that worked.

Elevator slow. Live and dead Spiders in room. Continental Breakfast was very very limited. Had to wait way too long for more food to come out. They had only one regular size jug of juice. It’s like they’re short on stock, food supplies and room amenities.

I'm not usually a breakfast person, but there was a 24-hour WaWa across the street and plenty of food delivery options nearby. Staff gave me a ground-floor room when they saw I was using a cane.

Nothing I can think of a month after my stay.

The staff were outstanding. So friendly, helpful, above and beyond.

Stains in the room on sheets and furniture. It didn’t seem unclean, just really unsightly. Also the air conditioner seemed to be broken…

Breakfast was adequate.

We stayed in a room that was to include a kitchenette but we had no silverware very few plates and no kitchen towels or washcloths, or dishwashing loquid. The refrigerator was frozen as the door gasket was ripped

Love the cleanliness and roominess of it. Bed was just right and the hot tub was amazing. Staff was friendly. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Breakfast was decent, just wish there were more options, perhaps more bread options and some bacon.

The room was very spacious. Clean but was dusty. Front desk staff was nice.

Breakfast had no fruit. We were asked to leave about 10 minutes before breakfast was finished. Would like turkey sausage option.

Location. All kinds of shops and food are available within walking distance.

I was on the 3rd floor and had to come down to the 1st floor for ice. The knobs of the AC were removed, you weren't allowed to adjust the temperature of the room to your liking.
