There were only two elevators for entire guests and were not running when we checked in. Later one of them was fixed but second remained out of order during our stay.

It was very welcoming environment and the lobby, reception and the breakfast area were in convenient location. The coffee/tea/hot water were available 24/7.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast offerings were great. The bed was comfortable and there was no lack of hot water in the shower. The location made it possible for us to travel around the area without having to deal with the traffic on route 1.

It can get quite noisy with people and kids running around.

Bashar was our angel and saved us from a disastrous trip trying to get back home to NC from Iceland. He was so incredibly kind and helpful and even helped me charge my phone. The breakfast is the best and having use of computers was extremely helpful as well. We cannot thank Bashar enough for his kindness.

Nothing! It was such a blessing to stay here! The wonderfully kind woman who checked us out was a delight just as Bashar was so helpful the night we checked in and he found us a room. He was so empathetic and helpful.

The room was up to date and had great features. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was amazing and very helpful and the pool is heated and open late until 10. The breakfast buffet was one of the best hotel breakfast I ever had

A little noisey at night with guests. Wet floors near and on the elevator, would have been a slipping hazard.

Rooms were large. Especially liked the partition which closed off the bathroom. You could keep the bathroom light on, with door slightly ajar for nightly bathroom trips, but the light didn’t shine into the bedroom.

Our stay was quite comfortable. Highlights of this hotel- clean facility, great staff, indoor pool, reasonable pricing, nice breakfast, convenient location. This is our 3rd stay at this location over the past 2 years. Holiday Inn Express can’t go wrong.

Had a back way road into New Brunswick—didn’t have to get on Route 1. Breakfast room immaculate and good food.

Renovation was going on and old furniture was just outside my door and all the way down the hallway.

breakfast was amazing the icing on the top was the breakfast staff how happy she was for being there and even asked if we needed anything. her customer service made our day

the only thing was we noticed the manager screaming at the male front desk staff which made it ver uncomfortable and sad people have to deal with this poor professionalism within work. He made a simple mistake and his was so fearful and embarrassed

I brought my family for a weekend. We had a great time, i really wouldn't have anything to complain about. Nice place, good service, and respectful staff
