The hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Nothing was dirty or worn out, and the beds were comfortable, rugs and bathroom very clean. The staff was helpful and kind (when we asked for an extra bath towel, we got it asap). The only thing that made me not give it a 9 or 10 was the restaurant. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant in the morning, and though the food was okay, all 4 of our menus were sticky with food and stains (mine even smelled bad!) and the menus definitely needed a good wiping down. Also, the water in the outdoor pool looked a little cloudy and the amount of leaves in it showed it needed a bit of a cleaning, too. Otherwise, we had a very nice experience and would stay at this Westin again.

As mentioned, the restaurant menus were dirty/sticky and the outdoor pool could have used a bit of a cleaning and maybe someone to check out the chlorine levels because the water didn't look as clear as it should have.

The hotel was very good but not exceptional. The ambience is very moderate. Lack of restaurants. The breakfast spread was pathetic for vegetarians treating vegetarians with contempt. This happens globally and we Indians are at the receiving end since lot of us are vegetarians and does not believe in killing animals, birds and fish and it varieties. The room was very good but lacked basic amenities but when we ask they do provide us willingly. The staff were very good and obliging. Over all we do recommend this hotel for comfortable stay.

Breakfast spread for vegetarinas. Practically nothing was available except hash brwon. Ofcourse fruits and cereals are available but that can not be imposed on vegetarians. So, all hotel in the globe has to think about this and come to terms.

Beautiful setting, didn’t have time to take in all that it has to offer

No Netflix or Prime .. I stayed in, as I had a long and trying day . Just wanted to relax and catch up on some shows. However, was disappointed, I didn’t have the option to Netflix or Prime

Room was spotlessly clean and super quiet. Lots of well-placed outlets for my phone, laptop, watch, etc etc. Great idea to have a couch with small work table rather than an armchair. (Who uses those?) Eggs Benedict were excellent and smoothie was first rate. Special shout-out to Patima, whose smile lights up the room!

Please install a towel rod/ rack/ ring near the sink. I tried hanging my towel on the hook on the back of the WC door and it kept falling on the floor.

Nice and helpful staff. Clean facilities, good bar and restaurant. The waitress at breakfast was exceptional and very helpful.

The gym had good equipment but it seemed like it was not maintained. The one machine with multiple options was not set up. On the plus side, it was nice have towels and bottles of water at the gym. The room was very nice, however it was on the same floor where multiple business rooms are located and it was really loud in the mornings and one night during an event.

I like the location and hospitality. Very peaceful

My sheets on the bed had a shit stain. I was disgusted and had to put something over top of it, to sleep. Also, I could not use the towels, they had stains on them and were crunchy and dirty. Thank god, I bought my own towel.

The dishes and utensils in the breakfast and dinner hall had a strong scent as if they were washed with water only and not soap. It made it very difficult to eat becuse cups and forks had a strong smell.

Very friendly reception and breakfast staff. I had a problem with the refrigerator and they solved it literally in half an hour. The location of the hotel is excellent with several very good restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff was proactive, capable, and super friendly. I travel frequently and have stayed in a *lot* of hotels over the years. To be honest: Westin used to be my go-to, but I had several bad experiences in a row; so started favoring other brands. Based in this experience, I'm going to be back soon. (Service level felt more like Four Seasons than Marriott or Hilton. It was great!)

It is a shame that Forrestal Village is a total ghost town.
