I’ve stayed here in Jan and the room we had gotten was on the first floor. That room was perfect. Clean and updated. The reason for me choosing this hotel again was based on that stay. This room was old the sheets were not staying on the bed. The mattress was dirty. The room had popcorn on the floor( we did not eat popcorn) the shower had random hairs that were not ours.

I enjoyed the comfort of the room and bed, the pool, and the noon check out. The facilities were clean and met my expectations.

Lack of communication between Booking.com and the hotel created a stressful situation regarding breakfast being included or not. Fortunately, Booking resolved the issue. Overall, the hotel staff looked unhappy and grumpy, though they were friendly and polite enough. Breakfast was a la carte, would have preferred a buffet. The hot tub was out of service, unannounced.

Friendly staff, very accommodating and polite

In the middle of no where but it’s for an airport and local travel so it’s technically a great place. I saw a lot of flight attendants and people from airport staying during our stay. Nice hotel

Room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Love the Starbucks in the lobby. Everyone was very friendly.

I wish there were more outlets to charge and plug in items (we were there for a cheer event and needed to do hair plush charge devices for the long day).

Beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast at small cafe. Good location for us. Friendly staff.

Hard to find turnoff to hotel, no signs directing the way. We stayed 2 nights but had no maid service beween. Had to request new towels.

Room, location n facilities

Front office n Breakfast counter staff had no clue about the 10$ Breakfast option provided by booking.com during the booking. They didn't make an effort to verify and offer a solution.. forcing us to choose an outside option for breakfast.

The beds were super comfy, everything was very clean. Enough space for the three of us. The pool and hot tub were open which was great! Our room was very convenient to the ice machines and elevators which was nice. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Room had a microwave and small fridge which was nice too, though the fridge didn’t work well.

I don’t believe the refrigerator was working well. I tried to put a yogurt and water in there and it felt warm. When I tried to adjust the temperature it seemed the nob was broken to make it colder. That was the only issue.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Couldn’t get rooms close together even though the very helpful person at front desk tried and I had made a special request when I booked the rooms.

Didn't eat breakfast.

Maid Service (last maid to clear our room before our last night was excellent. The others we not quite so good.
