The greetings coming in were friendly. The room was amazing! We booked the two bedroom suite. More than enough room for your kids to play and for you to relax. The pool and hot tub felt great! The area was very clean. The security of the hotel was great. You need your key to use everything, including laundry. The laundry area also stayed clean. The price to do laundry was reasonable. The house keepers were exceptional ! Management is great! There's also a basketball court and an outdoor courtyard with seating so you can bask in the sun. Our family had a great time! Will definitely be staying here again for future visits.

Breakfast ends a bit early (9am) for the area it's in and the time things open around the hotel. Most things didn't open until 11am. Some of the breakfast staff have attitudes, like they don't want to be there to do their jobs.

Sesame place weekend for my family of 4, beautiful hotel! Loved the room! Updated modern and clean! Amenities were great kids loved the pool after a long day of playing. Extra towels and pillows we’re accommodating, breakfast was so nice , make your own fresh waffles and a bunch of different options. My kids were crying to leave!! Already booked another weekend stay! Awsome weekend getaway hope to make this getaway every month or so

The location near the office I am using for business. Close to many restaurants. Got the suite I have requested. There is definitely a change, since I have last stayed there, and I think it is due to the new management.

Breakfast is still very crowded during summer holidays (lots of kids visiting Sesame), especially over weekends.

The staff was outstanding. Every person I talk to was extremely nice, polite and helpful. we had a bit of an issue the first night coming and they were very understanding. Haley at the front desk along with Debbie and Daraja were great. we will definitely be back because of the staff.

The only negative thing I have to say was the pull out couch was a little dingy looking. Definitely has been used a lot and had holes and stains. That is where my son slept. The pull out itself was comfortable and when I covered The bed with the sheets it was perfectly fine. I use the extra sheets to cover up the couch cushions.

The location was very peaceful and quiet. The front desk receptionist was the icing on the cake. Her customer service was beyond five stars she needs a raise. She welcome my family with open arms. Her smile and hospitality will never be forgotten. Y'all need to promote her or give her a raise. If all hotels had front desk people like this they would have returning customers.

I didn't like the breakfast the eggs we're cold every morning. Also our room had old fruit in the corners and under the bed. Housekeeping didn't clean very well before we got there.

I loved everything. The room was spacious and everything worked. Breakfast was really good and they keep the coffee stocked.

Only thing I would say is with the bigger suites they should place more trash bags and/ or bigger trash cans as the trash fills up daily.

The location was perfect for us, We did not utilize the free breakfast - maybe next time. Loved the cleanliness and quietness. I would definitely stay again if I am in the PA area.

I wish they would have had free bottled water available for guests. That is a very nice option.

Room was spacious. Staff was friendly. Really impressed w/cleaning crew & one gentleman (not sure, cleaning/maintenance?) on night shift said he took 3 buses to get to work ... & he worked so diligently & w/a smile.

Pool area was showing signs of age - area of ceiling needed repaired.

Suite was large and comfortable

Pool was not very clean and there was a shortage of pool towels. There was a huge pool party Saturday night and we were not told ahead of time. There wasn’t room for other guests during that time

Check- in was amazing , the staff was friendly, the facility was clean and smelled good.

The extra bedding for the pullout was very stinky and not cleaned, the front desk was very kind in making sure that we got new ones in a timely manner..
