The location was amazing, the lobby and the facilities were extremely clean, very well kept, and very fancy! The room exceeded my expectations and I will be staying at this location every time I am in Philadelphia! Tammy at the front desk who checked me into my room was top tier! She was very pleasant, joyful and gave me great pointers on what to do in the area and what my boyfriend and I would find enjoyable! Hampton Inn and Suites is beyond amazing!

Great location

Was no fault of the property but was charged for my stay twice because of booking. Com not paying the hotel money they took in advance for the room.second time this has happened to me at booking . Com.now I have too deal with this problem again will probably take quite a long time too get a refund. I cannot stress this enough.don’t ever use booking. Com they are terrible.

Kierra and Tammy were exceptional helpful during my stay. The pool very accessible and the continental breakfast was awesome.

My room was not thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. Bathroom sink dusty, shower gel and toilet paper needed to be replenish. Coffee pot didn't work and trying to figure out the television station was difficult.

I love the Hilton Inn Philadelphia/Bensalem I have stayed here 5 times already and it never disappoints. This time I stayed on the first floor and the room was huge. I love the high ceiling and the fact you can set up your firestick within the room. The lady at the front actually did me a solid because the hotel was actually booked for a wedding and cheer competition so she put me and my girlfriend on the first floor so we could be away from the noise. I appreciate staff that thinks about the comfort of their guess. I'm already booking my next stay

I was immediately greeted by a woman named Baby at the front desk. She was an absolute pleasure to meet! She is friendly and helpful. I arrived a little bit earlier than my check in time HOWEVER she had a room immediately available and there was no delay in getting checked in. I arrived at my room and there was a beautiful TV that said welcome DAWN. I loved that! The room and bathroom were immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. I got an amazing restful sleep .

The pool was amazing however it was freezing cold. I understand it is Summer however if it had been a bit heated it would have been perfect

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during a very stressful time. Our daughter was hospitalized at st Christopher's children's hospital and we had to extend our stay they were able to accommodate us. I can't stress how nice and compationate the front desk staff were. I will use this hotel for every stay we have in philly.

It was SO clean and they provided more than enough facilities to accommodate. Water bottles and coffee in the room. The TV had my name on it welcoming me. They were able to accommodate early check-in. Can’t say enough great things.

Excellent every day the breakfast was good. I will go again to stay in the hotel.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and everytime I come its always a pleasant experience. Very clean, all the staff are very friendly, and it smells so good. Can’t wait to come back
