Very close to Parx Casino. The parking was right outside, in front and easily accessible. I felt safe at all times. The complimentary breakfast was impressive and delicious, not just donuts and coffee in a corner. They had several hot dish options with beautiful presentation and a large dining area for comfort. The water was very hot, perfect for a nice bath. The rooms were very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I appreciated the cancellation policy in case something came up.

The price jumped by about $20-30 the closer I got to my destination booking time. I started looking three months prior and it was cheaper, but this may be a stand practice in the industry and not really a negative. There really wasn’t a thing that I would say was a negative.

Clean, friendly staff, very nice rooms. Better price than other local hotels with two queen beds.

I think they were short staffed Sunday morning. They couldnt keep up with the breakfast duties, keeping food replenished. Cereal spilled on the floor and people walking on it, trash piled high. I mentioned it to the front desk, they did come sweep it up. I felt bad for they guy by himself. Other than that it was an excellent experience.

Lovely large clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. bathrobes in wardrobe; Microwave, fridge and safety deposit box all in room: Lots of little extras with no additional costs. Good self-service breakfast with a decent range of food: Unlimited tea/coffee/hot chocolate at the coffee stand 24/7, delicious daily infused fruit water refreshed each day, use of computers/ internet 24/7 and much more all at no extra price. Brilliant location. Close to many restaurants, shops, malls and beside the casino. Lovely helpful staff. Will definitely return and recommend.

Very small bit of ware and tear but definitely wouldn’t put us off going back.

The pool area was opened til later on to enjoy with the family. The staff was accommodating when needed.

The housekeeping never came by I had to keep getting garbage bags to put my garbage out.

EXCEPTIONAL PLACE. WARM, WELCOMING, WELL MANAGED, VERY ACCOMMODATING, GREAT BREAKFAST BAR WITH EVERYTHING! Beautiful rooms, quiet and restful. Easy, SAFE, free ON SITE parking. Large pool area with adequate chaise lounges and tables. Everyone here goes the EXTRA MILE! Close to many many restaurants …in area. Walkability to Park Casino is a 10! Very convenient to everything! A real value! We will come back if we are in the area definitely!

Pilot for TV. Don't have guide for finding channels. Poor model. Bathroom - there is no good lighting near the mirror. For makeup....forget it! To dark.

I loved the lounge area and the pool area. the front desk person was nice., the day I got there and the supervisor.

I didn’t like that my sheets were dirty. and I got a change of room.. however that room was smelled and damp. it smelled and it didn’t have a iron or a garbage pail. and the bathroom was a bit unclean.

Staff very friendly, especially Anthony, who was doing many jobs at the hotel and keeping it clean and neat, with a smile on his face at all times. He is a very conscientious young man who has a great attitude! Also, beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great! Lastly, great restaurants and Parx Racetrack and Casino in walking distance!

Faucet was leaking and bathroom door was not closing properly.

Breakfast was good. Coffee options would’ve been nice (dark roast, decaf).

The person at the front desk was not friendly and t do isn’t tell us about breakfast, etc…

The breakfast was awesome. I loved the options and the food was tasty. The dining area was very cold however and we ended taking our food back to our room.

It was cold in the common areas.
