From the moment we walked into the Hotel, it was a great. The front desk staff were extremely polite and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate my request for adjoining rooms to make sure I got them. The hotel was clean, bright and welcoming.

The only complaint was the bed. It wasn't that comfortable as I found it to be hard. Other than that, everything was fine.

The hotel was clean. Most of the staff was nice and helpful.

Food ran out around 9:15 am. Older Lady doing the breakfast said she wasn't putting out any more food. I then asked if she was putting anymore begals out, she said not for 15 or 20 minutes. The bagels were right there in front of me on the table where she was. When I came back out at 9:30a there was fresh food out. She didn't seem like she wanted to work. Everyone else was very helpful.

Still felt pretty new and it was clean. Bedding was comfortable.

Bathtub was rusted around drain. The base of one of the beds was peeling off. The room was freshly sprayed when I walked in and I felt like I was in an aerosol can.

Staff was really friendly. Very clean. Checked often if we needed anything else for our room. Great location. Breakfast being included was great. Having a microwave and a fridge was amazing.

No slippers or robes in the room(which isnt a great complaint but they are nice to have). The TV channels don't match with the paper given to us.

Room was dated. Bathroom could use an update. Thought the price for the room for a night was a little steep given that we were so far away from Philadelphia.

Gorgeous and quiet area. Great staff from sign in to check out. All were happy and helpful. Breakfast area was plentiful, clean and the food was hot. I will recommend this establishment to everyone

The staff was absolutely wonderful - very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The hotel was clean, and the bed, pillows, and everything else were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the entire hotel is always clean, breakfast buffet was really good and in order. Such a breath of fresh air after staying in Holiday Inm Express in times square

The staff on the weekend & Monday were very nice & helpful!i The breakfast was the same for 3 days , but we were hoping for a omelette instead of scrambled which were dry! Otherwise all was nice
