Very clean, housekeeping was wonderful. Plenty of hot water. Loved how there was a safe in the room. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of food despite the crowd. Very quiet at night, no disruptions.

Our TV's LaunchPad was not working, so we asked the front desk if someone could come up and take a look at it. They said they would, but after an hour, no one came up. We went back downstairs to ask again and they said that our cords were the reason our devices weren't connecting to the TV, even though we tried to tell them that the actual LaunchPad service was not working. No one ever came to the room to look at it. This was the only inconvenience the entire trip, so it isn't worth a reduction in rating.

I was so impressed with cleanerness the rooms were great, although I needed a chair near the bed for me because I'm older and believe me the bed was actual comfortable, me being very picky when it comes to bed, I never get under the cover,but I was comfortable, you can ask anyone beds are my pet peeves at hotel. Clean, comfortable n value worthy of price.will stay again in future.

My room was far from elevator me being almost in my 69 lol. And I needed a bedside chair was needed. Never use the sofa pullout again picky. Any sagging gives me hebegebe!

My room was excellent, it was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. If I needed to be there more than one night it would have been fine. The hallways were quiet and clean and the staff were pleasant. There was a wide variety of options for the breakfast. The hot food was hot and there were staff around to clean and refill items as needed. I would stay there again if needed.

I don't have a response. I was there less than 24 hours and my time there was great.

I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed, and the cleanliness of the facility, the food was great, the staff was very friendly, the location was amazing, and the peace in the building was great as well. the layout of my room made me feel like I was in my own apartment. Over a great experience, and feeling. I will definitely return.

Very clean room with comfortable bed and very nice cotton linens. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very accommodating. I had booked a room for 3 people and although sofa bed was made up, a quilt/blanket was missing and it was too cold to sleep without one. I asked for one and It was immediately rectified with no hassle and I appreciated that.

Everything in the hotel was nice and clean and the room was very spacious. The beds is nice and comfortable with the pullout sofa also sleeps well. I really enjoyed my visit to this hotel. The breakfast was very good and they had a great selection of food and drinks.

I liked everything nothing was disliked.

The staff was wonderful; very polite and extremely accommodating. The location of the hotel made is easy to navigate all of the places we traveled during our stay. We loved the fact that all our favorite shopping places were located only a few miles rom the hotel.

Only one operating elevator. Some days the wait was a bit longer. The toilet in our room was the standard size but extremely low for my 95 year old mother. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included in our stay.

The staff was excellent, very courteous and professional. We made a mistake in the reservation dates and arrived at the hotel without a room, the receptionist (I'm very sorry I forgot her name, I think it was Laurel), arranged everything through Booking and made sure to arrange a room for us as quickly as possible at no extra cost. Thank you very much, You're amazing. It's good enough for one night when you are on the road's.

The windows can not be opened so we couldn't air out the room. The hotel rooms are very dated.

The room was spacious, clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Ample parking and the location was convenient.

The elevator was out for several hours, requiring us to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. Ice maker did not function, but the front desk did accommodate with ice.

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. I had a good night's rest every night. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. I asked for a microwave to be placed in my room and they were able to honor my request.

The doors that you enter through to the rooms need door closers installed on them to control how the door closes because they slam shut and shake the entire floor. The sound is extremely loud. Every time guests and/or children leave and enter the rooms you can hear the boom and rattling sound.
