The breakfast had a good variety and was well-stocked. Staff was amazing (particularly Shawn), and the lobby area was beautifully kept. The pool was a great size; the kids loved it! Our room had plenty of space for 4 adults/2 kids. Full size toiletries were very useful and great quality! The location was perfect: right off of 295 and the NJ Turnpike & only a 20 minute drive to the Philadelphia Sports Complex!

More towels/washcloths without having to ask would have been great, and there may be a lack of parking if hotel is full. Our room had quite a bit of tiny black ants. However, these things were not detrimental to our stay and were easily resolved.

I could hear every noise from outside as well as inside the building. Although it states the property is “soundproof”, it was not the case. I heard people’s conversations out in the hallway, the elevator, the Housekeepers’s up and down the hallways, children running up and down the hallways, people constantly walking around on the floor above my room, a dog barking in the hallway, etc. it was quite noisy even between the hours of 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.

The breakfast was good. Stayed 4 nights and each morning was provided with different meat and egg option from day before. The fresh fruit and yogart was a nice option. The cereal was fresh. Good juice variety. Loved that the bathroom had shampoo, body wash, had soap dispensers! They did not cut corners buy using an off brand. Dove was a good choice.

Nothing! One of the best hotel stays in 10 years of family vacations.

So clean and well maintained. Loved the indoor pool and free breakfast. Plenty of parking and close to eateries, gas stations, pharmacy, etc. It was right on our road home. Very comfortable. The price is so reasonable for what you get.

The set up of our room was odd in that you couldn't walk around to the other side of the bed because the chest of drawers was blocking it. We had to climb up on the bed. I don't see how an older person or someone with a disability would be able to maneuver it easily. Also couldn't use those drawers because the bed blocked them. Not a terrible inconvenience but it was literally the only "bad" thing.

Rooms are spacious, breakfast is always a plus, and staff is always helpful and friendly.

It seems there is a party every time I go. Stayed two separate weekends in six weeks. First stay was at the pool and a family came with literally 10 small children. Second visit, was at check in and another party was there with the cake, ice cream, etc. As I’m looking at them, the clerk gives me a paper to sign stating no parties of any kind. I really found that hilarious.

There were washers and dryers for free and since we were on a road trip this was like the best gift ever, we took the time to wash all our clothes especially the check out is at noon. The swimming pool was a huge plus. We really loved this hotel and we'll definitely be back.

They didn't tell us where we could find the extra pillow and blanket for the extra bed when we check in and when I came to tell them about this the receptionist with blue hair said that I was rude .. really !!! I was rude because I said that they need to tell at check in this kind of information and not wait for customers to realize at midnight that there's no pilow and no blanket.

Upon entry, the staff was very welcoming as well as guests. The easy access to the elevator was very helpful for my work equipment. I appreciated the office desk for remote work and free WiFi. My family and I cooked a great breakfast in the kitchen that came fully equipped with pots, dishes and everything we needed! The beds are plush and the bathroom is contemporary style and relaxing. There are also free laundry facilities which was a great help for the extended stay! We didn’t get to swim in the luxurious pool but can’t wait to return this summer and that’s at the top of my list! There’s so much more I could say but Thanks so much for the relaxing, pleasant stay STAYBRIDGE it’s always like home! ML

Breakfast was great. The coffee was better than average, too! Pool was warm and clean (but pool towels too tiny, only fit kids). Free parking was ample. My bed was great, but the kids beds were not comfortable. Dove hair & body products were great.

Smelled like marijuana in the hallways despite no smoking signs everywhere. The microwave could use replacement, carpets need cleaning (slime in carpet of master bedroom). Pool opened late and closed earlier than stated on website and posters on wall.

Staff was attentive. Our teen loved that they had a basketball court and was thrilled they loaned him a basketball. The children liked the pool. Lots of choices at breakfast.

The furniture in the room could have used some repairs. Nothing seriously broken, just not very attractive. It was an excellent breakfast, but the layout made it crowded.

For handicap, long walk from elevator to room. Not sure if there were large accessable rooms. Minor issues that could be cleared up with proper booking
