Customer service Was great, everybody was very friendly and very helpful. When I got there on Friday the air conditioning was down and the rooms were a little steamy , but the staff was up front about that from the very beginning and under the circumstances I think they handled it very well. I did go out to Walmart and buy a fan so everything turned out OK and the air conditioning was back the next day. The bed was one of the most comfortable pillows and comfortable bed that I've ever slept in at at a hotel.

Number one. There should be a microwave in every room, number two. There should be free coffee and the lobby. Never been to a hotel anywhere that didn't have coffee down in the lobby. Also a continental breakfast I think that would help also. The breakfast was good but it cost me $30 and that's a lot for I think for breakfast. But the ladies at the counter who took my order and brought out my order my breakfast order that was we're the best. I can't say enough about the entire staff Very friendly very helpful.

I didn’t like that I over paid for a room that had a slightly dirty bathroom. The mirrors once steamed up were written on, the toilet paper holder was broken. Which made me think about the sheets on the bed, not sitting o the toilet to use the bathroom, also the thin flimsy hairs in the shower looked like they tried to clean but that type of hair is hard to clean in one swoop. However I did attend The Roots Picnic Festival so I focused on that. But next time I would probably spend that money on a place that I KNOW is more clean! Breakfast services were Great!

I loved the entire atmosphere once I entered the building...the lobby was simply beautiful and the entire staff was amazing...the front receptionist Ms. Jackie was very accommodating and I also share the same name as she...she told me to make sure that I got my complimentary breakfast...I guess she could see that I was extremely exhausted.☺️ Thank you Ms Jackie and the entire Hilton staff!! I will be back for sure! My room was so clean and fresh and relaxing.

I didn't like that there were housekeeping staff arguing directly across from my room...my room was #604... that should have been discussed outside.

The Park is too far. I was there for an event and was rushing for time due to needing to have my daughter dressed and downstairs by 6 pm. We got to the hotel late due to traffic and things, I would have liked to have someone park my car for me in the parking lot that was half a mile down the road from the hotel. I was rushing for time and was traveling with 2 disabled family members

The price of the room. due to the events happening in Philly. I paid 516.00 for a room. how far the parking was from the hotel doors.

The facility was very nice and very clean. They had vallet parking for $15 a night. Vallet did stop at 10 so you have to park your car on the street for free or in parking lot that they own for 13 overnight. The desk staff were so nice Merielle made sure we had every thing we needed and even checked in on us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Vallet should be all night if I'm going to pay for it.

It was a nice, clean hotel, conveniently located around the places we needed to go.

Nothing. (Not their fault, but very unsettling that at 5:30am (ish) we had an emergency evacuation scare, had to walk down 11 flights of stairs, half dressed. And then another one around 8am. Fortunately, both were false alarms).

Beautiful and clean, the view was gorgeous from the 8th floor. The bedding and pillows was like sleeping on clouds.

The only thing it didn’t have was a microwave which made things a bit inconvenient. Other than that everything else was great.

The location close the concert venue was fantastic. The bathroom was large and featured a door less shower. The pool was nice. I LOVED the Peloton in the workout room

A little pricey but a nice hotel. Parking was tricky. We were worried we wouldn't find a spot late at night when the valet was closed.

The room was very nice. It was also clean.

The television remote did not work with the TV. There was also a poor selection of channels to view. I also did not get upgraded to a suite. I am a gold member and I was expecting this

The staff was extremely pleasant. The greetings from the valet staff as we entered and as we left the hotel made us feel very special. The check in and check out were a breeze.

There was only one trash can in the room (the bathroom) and even though I booked for two adults and two children they only gave us two towel sets. I think if you book for four there should be a minimum of four sets.
