I was expecting a normal three-star hotel, most of the ones I have stayed in are a bit old but overall good the size of the rooms the comfort are toast breakfast and they are clean. But this one surprised me because it looked quite new or too well kept, the cleanliness was amazing all around, and the breakfast was spectacular. The attention of the staff was very cordial and always attentive to what we needed. They even gave us additional information about places to eat near the hotel. Something I loved is that we had twenty-four hours of access to coffee in case we wanted and access to water with lemon was spectacular even if we did not use it much we liked having the availability that if we needed it was there. After that hotel, I got another look at three-star hotels I definitely liked it a lot and it was even much better than several four-star hotels I know. And I became a member of this chain, so I will reserve always in this group of hotels now! They made me change the way I see the 3-star hotels, thanks!!!

The breakfast was exceptional! but the only LITTLE bad thing was the coffee. I have to say that I am a coffee lover, so, I am very picky, but in general everything was PERFECT!

It was clean from the main entrance to the room. The breakfast was so good. My kids don’t typically like hotel breakfast but they enjoyed it. The staff was very kind and my room was very clean. The pool is really nice and there’s a Starbucks practically attached to the hotel.

I wish the tv’s had an option for Netflix, Hulu, etc. They still use cable which was okay. The elevators were creaky and slow. A bit scary but they were clean.

I honestly think that this was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! And the pillows were perfect, too. There's a terribly uncomfortable heat wave right now, but you wouldn't know it from the relievingly cool temperature of the room. The room is very spacious (king suite) and we loved having the bedroom separate from the sitting area. Breakfast was a nice surprise! So many options, delicious and very well stocked and so clean! Every staff member that we encountered was kind and courteous. Including the gentleman at check in, the attendant who assisted us with clean up at breakfast and the gentleman at check out who thanked us for staying. Highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay was perfect in every way.

Exceptionally quiet room. The hotel was not busy and we had zero disturbances overnight. Room was located to the back of the building. Ample parking close to the doors available. Location is central to Philly, Chester and Buck's Counties. One of better serve yourself breakfasts at hotels we have stayed in recently. And, they had grits!!

Bathroom could use a good scrubbing, especially in the corners. A deep cleaning would go a long way to making the bathroom feel fresher. This room has a bathtub shower and not a walk-in shower, which is nothing they can easily change, but the walk-in showers always feel more spacious.

Suite was extra room for our group and front desk staff was nice.

Carpet needs to be replaced in room. Housekeeping staff were yelling outside our room on Friday morning and woke us up.They also monopolized the elevator next to our room. I was waiting to use elevator and they ignored me and continued yelling to each other. I finally just walked across the whole floor to other elevator.

The lobby was very welcoming, loved the color combination of the furniture and ambiance. Front desk was friendly. The rooms were nice. Everything from lobby/breakfast area always appeared to be clean. The trolley was a different than style than I was used to but much more easy to maneuver. The hotel has free breakfast only, no room service. But for the variety and and quality offered the breakfast was pretty good. I really loved that there were multiple options for milk boxes, even chocolate milk! My faves were the sausages, breakfast potatoes and pancakes. First time seeing a smart pancake machine, with a press of a button it would prep 2 pancakes for you in less than 5 min. It was a pleasant surprise that I liked the taste and texture! They also had some delicious looking cinnamon buns but it appears they were slighty overbaked both times we were there, it was on the hard side. Other than that, breakfast was enjoyable and it's another bonus that it's open till 10am. Very very friendly staff. From front desk to breakfast attendants, everyone was helpful and welcoming. One of the highlights from our stay was the great customer service. Only "down side" from our stay is it was a little farther out from a lot of the attractions we were visiting, about 30+ minutes out. However, will definitely recommend to family/friends and if we're back in the area we'll likely stay here again. This is a great hotel with great value for your buck!

Convenient and clean. Breakfast fare comparable to other hotels and satisfactory. Coffee available 24 hours. Have stayed there before and will likely stay there again. We had the large suite. Perfect size. Nice window view. Housekeeping available daily and front desk fulfilled any requests we had. Everything was comfortable. Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts nearby however we couldn’t find any restaurants or shops within walking distance.

We were on the second floor apparently above the laundry facilities and you could hear and feel the spinning of the washing machines late into the night and there was an unpleasing smell that occurred every morning. I assume had something to do with the breakfast preparation.I would request a different room further away.

The hotel was perfectly located outside of the city of Philadelphia. The train station was an easy 5 minute walk and it brought us right to the heart of the city within 30 minutes. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and even printed out the train schedule for us. Our room was quiet and very clean, two important qualities for us wherever we stay. The breakfast had plenty of options and was different each morning. It even included different types of milk for cereal and coffee!

The Hotel is Always being cleaned and thus is always clean. Between covid winter issues such as that and just you know not feeling grimy with all these people passing through it's it's it's an excellent accomplishment from the Fitness room to the breakfast area to the bedrooms

I stayed for an extended. I wish that they could you know not have to initial and sign repeatedly over on the same contract when they when or you know put another $50 on the incidental card should be a way of doing that without you know running me through the you know the the process repeatedly it's not a big deal but it would seem like that would be a kind of a nice gesture and showing their appreciation for someone who has chosen to spend weeks at a time and they're hard-earned money at this particular establishment but there's a will there's a way I'm sure I'm losing sleep
