Latonya, one of the managers, was really exceptional. She was very kind, patient, and had a great personality. We also met Rovena, who just got hired, was also very nice and seemed to become knowledgeable very quick. They both always said hello, good morning, have a good day, etc., while we were passing through. To me, that made our stay much more comfortable. Kindness goes a long way and Latonya & Rovena are great examples of that!

The location, the staff was exceptional. The room had some great perks that we enjoyed (kitchenette), Laundry facilities on site, everything we needed for an intimate time together.

The tub was not made for a couple, building a Lil out dated, strange smell in the hallways.

How friendly the staff was. When I checked in the woman was very friendly and helpful(I forget her name,I’m sorry) and when checking out Ro was very friendly as well asking and making sure everything was good with the room.

Great location staff was great and friendly.

The breakfast area was small, otherwise everything was nice, though having Netflix accessible on the television would be something nice to consider.

Always a pleasure to stay at ESA. Having laundry facilities and free breakfast are great.

Floors needs to be cleaned/mopped better in the rooms. A new stronger detergent may be needed or the water needs to be changed continuously. The bottoms of my feet were turning black from walking barefoot after a shower.

Clean and great value for the money. Good location and the staff was pleasant and friendly. Hotel was quiet at night and no riff - raff. Great location to dining, downtown and close to the city. Good Spot to stay as its right off the PA turnpike as well.

The staff was very friendly. The place was also well kept. Easy access to places near by qith an uber.

We had two families in the next two room that were soooooo noisy and they yelled all night till around the late night i think the last yelling I heard was around 4 am

Breakfast ould be better maybe add fruits like apples and bananas perhaps.

It's been such a mild winter there were a few roaches seen only in the bathroom. They need to move up there usual extermination date.
