We are staying here again for Christmas we have family in the area and like to book a hotel with kids its just more comfortable then packing in someone's house. This place exceeded my expectations. I grew up in the area and I'm used to all the other hotels and I remember this one being built. It's beautiful, clean has a heated pool AND the staff are so nice. Also the extra blanket and pillows in the closet were amazing. Also the lobby is decorated for the season its adorable warm and inviting.

staff were all friendly and helpful. lost my wallet in the breakfast room, it was returned to the front desk and they gave it to me! the pool was amazing! CLean, comfortable temperature, with no chlorine smell! Delightful!

couldn't find the stairs so had to use the elevators-like getting as much exercise as possible.

location was ideal!

Everything was perfect from the facility to the rooms. I think all staff members should be more welcoming and pleasant to speak with especially when checking in.

Our suite was lovely with a full bedroom with two queen size beds and then a living area with sofa and a TV in each room. The kitchen had all the amenities you would need if you wanted to eat or cook in the room.

The breakfast could have been a little better, adding more choices would be helpful. If they add a waffle station like other hotels that would make it perfect.

Perfect location, outdoor fire pits, complete kitchen with a full refrigerator, excellent staff ! Great breakfast offered every morning. Timeline should be 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM weekdays and 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM weekends. Currently it’s 6-9 AM weekdays, 7-10 AM weekends.

“”Price almost double Airbnb alternative !!”” Very limited restocking of paper towels, toilet paper, regular towels, and bed sheets. Considering the cost, I had to request all of those items too often!

Everything regarding our stay was phenomenal! The breakfast was exceptional, we couldn't of asked for anything more. The cleanliness and comfort of this hotel far exceeded any expectations, gorgeous accommodations! I will absolutely seek out this hotel for future stays. It truly felt like home away from home!

I honestly cannot think of anything needing approved upon other than maybe slightly bigger trash cans in kitchen area????? (not that much of an issue though).

Everything was great at this hotel! It was better than we expected. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff member we had that evening was very welcoming and polite. He definitely made our stay more comfortable and pleasant. We will definitely be back again.

No complaints except that we wish our stay was longer!

Clean. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet.

Breakfast hours were too short. Check in system crashed and as a result our room key card system locked us out of our room 3 times. The frontal desk did a good job handling the situation but it placed an unnecessary burden on them trying to deal with multiple wedding parties.

location was the prime reason for choosing this hotel.

why would an hotel chain uses a low wall bathtub which does not have walls high enough for a proper bath and is a huge tripping hazard for people with limited leg motions to be used as a walk-in shower even with multiple grab bars.

We loved everything. The suite was immaculate, beds were comfortable,the staff was polite everything was great, this will be our go-to for all our trips to Hatboro.

The guests in the room above us. I don’t know how many kids were in the room but I would guess a dozen by the sound of the running and jumping. after driving for 8 hours we were looking forward to sone resin well all I can say is than god for earplugs.
