The room was wonderfully quiet and comfortable. The temperature remained steady, with no clicking on and off, which some units do, that interrupt sleep. The bed itself was exceptionally comfortable, and the bedding was super soft. The view out the window was unexpectedly beautiful. The parking was plentiful. The bistro staff was very welcoming, and the front desk staff was courteous and helpful. All staff met coming and going in the hallways were also kind.

There was no microwave. The body wash dispenser in the shower was nearly empty. There was no bar soap to place beside the sink.

The customer service was wonderful! Checking & checking out was no issue. Aside from my name & number of guests being completely incorrect. I even left things behind after checking out and the staff (Momica)secured my personal items until I could pick them up the next day.

BOOKING.COM had my reservation incorrect. Wrong name, incorrect number of people, no true confirmation number that tied to the hotel. Only a confirmation for Booking.com. I was not able to use my credit card only my PayPal acct would go thru. I recieved an email after this letting me know that this was only if the hotel had room weeks after & basically taking my cash immediately. Thankfully, the hotel had my room available. I will be hesitant to use Booking.com in the future. Unfortunately, we have several trips we will be taking over the next year & a half around rhe world.

I did eat breakfast there. I liked the convenient location. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

The room door was too heavy making entering and leaving with luggage very difficult. I’m glad to hear the hotel is being remodeled. The new color pallet needs to be bright and cheerful. It will lift guests spirits after a long day traveling. There was no hair dryer in the room.

We did not have breakfast, but the location was perfect it was close to shopping and other restaurants. whenever in the Philly area again we plan on staying.

We couldn't find anything to be disappointed about honestly speaking. My husband mentioned there wasn't any shower gel in the bathroom and that wasn't an issue because I packed my own from home, I actually told my husband that I was very happy with our stay.

I like the location close to shopping transportation and attractions. I liked the property. The decor was attractive. The room was comfortable.

The hotel had eliminated its breakfast buffet. It is necessary to turn around north of the hotel on Rt. 611 to reach the driveway; there is no left turn into the parking lot.

It fit the need. The desk clerk was very polite and professional. The room was clean neat and warm.

Walk in check in… I walked in and was told I had to reserve online. I had to get my phone out and reserve then could be checked in. Ridiculous

Very relaxing, quiet, extra clean room and facility. Top notch with a great deal to follow. We will be back P.s. The kids went swimming and gad the pool to themselves the entire time.

Love the location. Room had a nice balcony, was spacious, and quite comfortable.

Sink took too long to drain, fridge didn’t work, and balcony door did not lock. Also, the was some dried blood on the comforter. The extra blankets were used.

Very warm staff--check in, bar, housekeeper. Registration both in and out seamless and quick. Friendly vibe all around. Lots of parking.

Though clean and well kept, the interior could have been brighter and more upbeat. This comment pertains to comm on areas and room.

Convenient location for what I was there for. Room was clean and comfortable.

The pool area was undesirable, missing or broken ice machines, under staffed bistro with limited options or some items not available. Big mistake booking room with breakfast included.
