The staff on the Front Desk was very helpful when I wanted to extend my stay the lady that works in the daytime and the gentleman that works in the evening were especially helpful and giving me information and how to do so

I didn’t like that the pool was closed. I was looking forward to it for the grandkids to have something to do because when there’s bad weather, they can swim in a pool inside the hotel. Also, if the breakfasts could be a little bit more variety as far as switching them up, that would be a plus.

The front desk lady was so sweet. I used to clean for a living and I thought the rooms were very clean, the chairs and walls etc has normal wear and tears and rips but the room and everything was CLEAN even the vents and corners up high had not dust. We plan on staying here with our kid's again. We used to live in this area and have since moved but come to visit family and it would be nice to not have to sleep on there sofa and stay here kitc his great for longer stays.

We had a room with two full baths the one I used didn't get to warm but the other did. The refrigerator didnt seem to keep stuff super cold so good for cooked let overs and drinks but I would go and buy raw chicken and put it in there.

The hotel was clean, and breakfast was included. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful when I had questions or needed additional supplies. We were very comfortable. I like that Costco and a variety of restaurants were walking distance away.

I guess it would be the smell of the room when you come in. Maybe because of the carpet. It didn't smell like cigarettes or anything like that, but it didn't have a good smell. Nothing Febreeze couldn't fix.

The rooms are amazing! Spacious, with SO many amenities---we loved it and felt pampered.

Breakfast was fine, a decent selection. On Sunday some of the other guests were TOO piggy with the bacon so we missed out---with TWO servings! (Rolled eyes here!) I don't know how to fix that though. The staff were all quite cordial.

Beds are comfortable. TV is fine. Kitchen is good. Staff friendly

The breakfast is totally useless. Horrid quality, don't count on it filling up yourself or your child. The pool was not open, even tho absolutely no one was even concerned with germ spread. I saw zero masks on patrons or staff for nearly two weeks at the hotel. Open the darn pool already. My key cards had to be reset nearly every night while there. Completely annoying. The side entry doors do not work. Also annoying during freezing winter weather. Maintenance at this place is clearly lacking. Oh yeah, and the clothes dresser was falling apart The owners and manager need to put some love back into this place. None of this is an exaggeration.

Second time at this hotel. Didn't want to go back, but this is why second chances are made. This stay was clean and comfortable. Nothing negative on this stay. Room was clean, staff was fairly nice and breakfast, which was my main concern from last time; was stocked and ready.

Everything was nice. The young ladies at the front desk were very professional and helpful. the cleaning ladies also so helpful and very kind. The suite was beautiful. we are booking again soon.

The pool was not open. It was under maintenance which was very disappointing being tho that was the reason for the stay. Wanted to take the kids swimming for the weekend.

First room was not clean,but was accommodated. Room was well equipped with kichen,amenities, TV channels, buffet bkfst,social .For a pet friendly room not bad at all.Very pleased.

Coffee ran out first day too fast,2nd day coffee was cold. Social food not too good. Pool and hot tub closed.

I normally love the property. Nice staff, great location, and clean. however it’s pool was under construction and that was not disclosed. Everything else was fine.
