The staff was amazing, when we checked in Friday evening the girls behind the counter were super friendly and helpful. we were there to visit my daughter at Temple University and this wknd was family and homecoming wknd. I had questions about the train station and the girl was more then happy to help us, even pulling up the app and showing us what to do and expect. Breakfast staff and restaurant staff were just as friendly. This makes a huge impact on where we choose to stay and bc of your staff we will continue to use your hotel everytime we come in to visit our daughter. Thank You!

The front desk attendant Daniel was extremely helpful. The Business center printers were down and he didn't hesitate to print off some things I needed for work. He was very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. It was the highlight of my stay interacting with him.

No continental breakfast was a bummer. I wish that was apart of the package of paying for the hotel.

It was a great stay. The Porch restaurant served us a wonderful dinner and an even better dessert. Breakfast was good as well. We will stay again.

In our room the TV was difficult to see from the bed. Please reconsider furniture placement for your guests.

Didn’t realize that housekeeping is on an every-other-day basis. Came back to our unmade bed and no towels. Would have taken care of all that ourselves in the morning, had we known. Not a big deal, but always nice to come back to your room after a long day and find it ready to go.

The pool room was cold for the kids and I always feel like the room cost is higher then I would like to pay but it’s the only hotel nearby with an indoor pool

We were there during the bitter cold weather last week so we didn't get to go anywhere. We ate at the restaurant and had excellent service. The cook even came out to ask how our meal was.....told him it was perfect. The indoor pool was well kept, the water was crystal clear.

We LOVED this hotel; it was our first time here and exceeded our expectations; it has very clean, beautiful amenities. def coming back and highly recommend it!!
