Great location in the western suburbs of Philadelphia. Close to the King of Prussia mall, the upper mainline and Valley Forge Park. It serves a better than average hotel breakfast. It is adjacent to the Chester County Trail a great place to go for a walk or bike ride. I have stayed here several times before , the hotel is neat and clean. The staff is polite and professional.

There are no shortcomings I know of.

Breakfast was good. Loved the trails close by. Having bikes to use was wonderful. Enjoyed the outdoor fire. Staff was very helpful. Close to malls and restaurants.

We were three in the room. Had to ask for extra washcloth and towel. Kleenex box was empty. Asked to have towels and garbage done. Would have liked more space to hang towels. With three people or more it’s a challenge. The small coat closet needs to be bigger. Could only hang a few coats. Having two fridges seems a waste. Could have used this area for a bigger closet.

The location was very convenient and in a pretty setting, with the wonderful rail trail walking path just footsteps from the door. Beds were comfortable and room very clean. Breakfast in morning was good but nothing unusual.

The decor; I’m not a fan of mid-century modern decor but at least the lighting was decent and not so hideously bright as with many chain hotels. Few amenities like nice soap.

The room was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the shower and the bathroom. Breakfast was good but there seemed to be a lot of running out of condiments.

he pool was closed for repairs and that was not noted anywhere when I made my reservation (which I did the same day as my stay). The breakfast was good, but there was no plain creamer (had to ask), no plain or vanilla yogurt, and the syrup for the waffles was empty.

Lovely hotel setting close to walking path with deer and squirrels in abundance. Friendly and helpful staff and Management and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. Convenient laundry facilities, convenient parking, very clean and comfortable room and facilities. Water refill station was a bonus.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice, quiet location. Easy to get to many things. Room and common areas were clean.

Water pressure in sink was poor. Toilet appeared to have great suction, but needed to be flushed several times for liquid and solid waste to be expelled. Shower pressure was great, but again, it drained very slowly. There was a stain on the bedspread, but housekeeping took care of it immediately.

We stayed there for 10 days, and they never cleaned our room, even they saying they were going to clean it.

This hotel backs up onto the Chester Valley Trail, and is close to King of Prussia and the Philly western suburbs. Very easy to get to from the PA thruway. The staff were welcoming, and the facilities were modern and clean.

The free hotel bike was pretty bad. I'd recommend going across the road to the rental rack to pick up a bike if you're doing the Chester Valley trail.

Breakfast was generally good, though options often ran out before the end of service. Staff were very helpful. Cleaning staff were great. The room was a good size with a sofa bed for our daughter. Noise levels were low so we were not disturbed at any point.

I would have liked weekday service to run to 9.30am. We were very disappointed with the pool, it was tiny and with no changing facility we chose not to come down from our room in swimwear and return wet! We chose this location partly because of the pool but never used it. We never found coffee available in the foyer during the day but used the machine in our room.

It is a great location. Right on the trail and near so many destinations. If the pool was not so cold we would stay every month but it was freezing.

The pool was under 70•. I asked many attendants and was told they keep it at 70 and in the winter with the wind and doors it gets lower. If you want to swim do not go here in the fall or winter.
