I love that the staff were very polite. Also, their suite options are great for bigger families and very hard to find at their prices. My 15-year-old son found the sofa bed to be extremely comfortable.

Power went out, and we ended up having to find a new place to stay. No fault to the hotel, as it was due to storms, but it would have been nice if the staff on the night shift checked in on their guests to see how they could support us. Maybe water, lanterns, etc. They were out of power for over 24 hours!

The facility was nice. Comfortable rooms. Facilities are well kept.

I did not like the staff grabbing up the breakfast while guests are still partaking because its 9 am. They could allow guests to take what they need and then remove the items. It felt selfish and inhospitable, this grabbing up of the food so that guests cannot get any more. It's like they're in a race. They could've placed the remainder on trays and leave the trays out for another hour or so

The staff was personable and works hard to keep their facility clean and comfortable. I have bad environmental allergies and the room air conditioning and fans work well without scents. The breakfast has hot food…eggs meats, oatmeal with toppings, yogurts, fresh fruits and your choice of toasts. The location is quiet and centrally located. I highly recommend this hotel for great value. Thanks for all your efforts to make our stay so pleasant!

The nature, clean rooms, no hassle staff.

The humidity of PA can be really challenging. The property tends to have power problems so it can get really hot. The breakfast is good for a few days but the lack of options make it difficult for longer stays

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The bar was small but had a cozy vibe to it. The price was affordable and good value for money.

Everything was good. The gyms I usually use have a bit more equipment. But it was good for the value. I would of liked the swimming pool to be open. Has I would of liked to go for a swim.

loading out the rear doors is a nightmare. the offset double doors plus the laundry carts are impossible to get around. I only stay there in June because its way over priced the rest of the year. I am at a show there 7 times a year but only stay one time a year.

Excellent value - good staff and free breakfast. However the central entrance had a HUGE refrigerator presumably to be removed sat in the hall to the only elevator for the entire 6 days we were in residence. More attention needed!

Bright, cheery, clean. Especially helpful was the receptionist - Ms Glory Elle. She made us feel that we were welcome as if we were old friends - definitely an asset.

I liked everything about the property

The breakfast was very good. A lot of different food and everything the whole family liked. The room was nice and clean. When ask for more blankets and pillows for our room it was gladly given to us.

A very minor thing is the tea and coffee area was very good. I just wish it had more option of herbal tea beside green and chamomile tea.

The breakfast crew are perhaps a little too grumpy every morning. Greeting them when you see them gets no response.
